It was my first experiences eating a local Mexican tacos and it was perfect. So I ate it twice when I visit LA. I miss this place so much because I am living in Canada. The best place for me.

I had the mix carnitas taco. Out of the 3 taco shops I’ve tried at the market this was the best. The biggest portion as well as the tastiest taco, and also maybe the cheapest. The mixed carnitas with the crackling added was ridiculously good. I really enjoyed it.

Best carnitas tacos in LA period. I’ve been coming here for years! Love their tacos (their always HUGE size) and freshly chopped off the pig. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. Salsa bar to add to tacos. Occasionally they sell out and close early for the day. Tacos always slap and this is a guaranteed stop every time I’m in DTLA. 10/10

The pork is soooooo tasty. Awesome tacos. They are generous in giving you meat here. Also the guy working here is super nice.

At $5 a taco, they should be far above what street tacos would usually be and unfortunately that’s just not here. While the pork butt taco was fresh off the chopping block and pretty good, the same could not be said of the intestine taco which still held a heavy intestine taste. It didn’t help that they had a lack of toppings compared to street vendors

Tried this place for the first time and what attracted me was the guy in the front gave a complintary taco.

The flavoring of the carnitas is outstanding! Best carnitas in the area. Prices are steep compared to the neighborhood establishments but it’s well worth it because they specialize in carnitas. The horchata was good too, not too chalky or sweet.

Idk what the hype is but the meat is very dry and lacks flavor. Not worth $5.50 a piece.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I asked for napkins to clean the table myself but the lady in the picture very rudely declined me and said no in a very derogatory tone. I didn’t ask her to clean the table but simply for napkins on top of that this place is extremely expensive for a single taco. Not only is the customer service awful, food overpriced, but the food was mediocre, gross. Save yourself time and money do NOT eat here absolutely awful.
