Popped in for a quick lunch before taking the train back to Manhattan and glad we did! These sandwiches are humongous. Probably could have gotten away with splitting one for two people but happy I got to try two different sandwiches. The house made rosemary focaccia bread is absolutely phenomenal. Great price too for the Hamptons. I want to come back and try another and then see what the Pizzettas are all about.

Great place for lunch, they have a great selection of specialty sandwiches. They are also a great place for fresh Italian grocery items, fresh pasta, salami, pepperoni, ect. They also have a great selection of Italian cookies and pastries Recommended 100%

Villa Italian Specialties is a great sandwich shop. One of the better priced bang for your buck kind of place. The sandwiches are really big and there is an extensive menu of Italian sandwiches, salad, paninis, and to go foods. Overall a decent place and staff are friendly!

Save your money – the food is inedible. The sandwich was a pile of mess, falling apart. The “pizzette” is a 4 inch thick slab of raw dough with some unmelted mozzarella tossed on it. Totally not worth even a nickel.

Amazing! I broke my diet to get another meatball Parma and have no shame. Great staff, and it’s great to be a new customer knowing theve been serving the community for decades. Highly recommended, especially since it’s right off the train.

Get the villa combo its one of the greatest sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’m no longer living in the Hamptons but anytime I go there and visit family I stop there for the villa combo its worth it.

Good carry out food. In my experience, no need to order ahead.

Usually my favorite sandwich place…roast beef and provolone.BUT stopped in Friday 7/21 about 4 pm. Ordered 3 sandwiches. Roast beef had no meat, all lettuce and the meat that was on there was not red but very dry and brown. No mayo or dressing as requested. villa combo was mediocre at best, very little dressing, have yet to try the third. Also did not cut in thirds as requested. Time to try M & R.

I love a sandwich. Most sandwiches. Arguably the best food. The bbq chicken focaccia here is so good and big enough to feed a family. (Or feed 1 person multiple meals.) Also the place is not filled with horrible Hamptons monsters. So that’s a plus. They have great pre-made meals to go and heat up at home, too.
