Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

I ordered a meal (pasta, knots, and soda) and they charged me separately! I asked them to reverse the transaction since it was their fault and the woman on the counter, who acknowledged that it was their fault, was so rude and told me that will not reverse and told me I had to just accept it! What a rip off!

Health concern: never expected a service from outlet food court, but what happened for my last experience was out of line and a health concern in time of Covid. I consider it’s normal to mix up the customers’ orders, the guy in front of us was vegan and specifically asked ingredients and ordered vegetarian strombli, we ordered the same vegetarian strombli and one slice of meat lover pizza. When the waitress pushed our order to the guy in front of us, he was upset because there’s meat item in his tray and he spontaneously tried to push the pizza out and inevitably touched the pizza with his bare fingers. We all saw that, and I spontaneously told the guy in front of us “Please don’t touch the food if it’s not your order.” And then I told the waitress if that’s my order, I’d like a new slice of pizza since that one has been touched and contaminated. She insisted pushing the contaminated slice pizza onto my tray, so I told her a second time thinking she didn’t hear me clearly due to the mask I was wearing. This time she wasn’t happy, and yanked the pizza out of my tray and moved on to the customer behind me and intentionally ignored my request of a clean slice of pizza. I did insist a 3rd time I need a clean slice of pizza, she reluctantly scooped a slice without putting it into the toaster and put it on my tray. I seriously don’t mind it’s not being toasted, it’s a thousand times better than the slice being touched by random person in the shopping mall with bare fingers during the Covid.

LOVE this place. Food is amazing. We drive 30 mins out of our way to outlet mall and sometimes just eat there and not shop. People are fantastic and love seeing the ladies that cook. Gives old world Italian vibe.

The food was not served hot but rather warm. Also the steak was served rare while we ordered it medium. Hope they concentrate more when they take dinner orders.

Never stop at this place. We tend to stop by these places for quick bite, mostly with kids. A slice for 6$ and you end up with bad quality mix up which look like pizza. @ lessburg outlet va. Save yourself from places like this.

Simple but good taste of fast food Italian foods. Good deal with the value meal. Got the side salad instead of the fountain drink. Pleasantly surprised to have the military discount!
