Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen Menu – Cypress, TX

Type : Pizza restaurant

Location : Cypress, TX

Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples. Based on 91 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 2.8 stars. Price $

We ordered spaghetti & meatballs. The pasta came with no sauce on it. I called & they said they forgot to add sauce & would bring it to us. It was like water down tomato soup. The meatballs were not done so I had to finish cooking them. The garlic rolls were the best out of everything & they were just okay. I spent about $75 learned a very valuable lesson I should of just cooked my own pasta & meatballs like I normally do on Sundays.

Horrible service and awful pizza- we wanted regular pepperoni and all they had was a pan that had been sitting out for a while. When we told them we wanted regular, they told us they couldn’t make it until the last piece was gone. Asked Gisela to speak to a manager was given a bogus phone #. They then proceeded to make another pan pepperoni pizza but still refused to make what we ordered- and charged us anyway.

If I had a choice, I wouldn’t even give it a heart. A set meal is just a bowl of pasta with two meatballs.extra for lemonade, nobody said that before I ordered

Fraudulent pricing that rips off unsuspecting guests , charged more as a Stromboli and premium bottle rather than the ordered regular fountain soda and a cheaper any topping pizza. Regular occurrence as mentioned in other reviews strongly indicates fraud.

Ripoff. $11 for a strombolli with a side salad and two small breadsticks came to $16.84. The menu was vague and ddid not have all the items on it (I wonder why) and there was even a meal plan advertised for $10 with an entree, salad, and a pasta, so it should translate over if I’m getting something similar, if not smaller. The only reason this place has customers is it’s their first time and don’t know any better. I definitely would not come back and can’t see why anyone else would either. I’d rather pack a PP&J next time.

This place is a pure joke at best… Stood at the counter for several minutes while an employee was having fun texting on his phone he finally looked up and took my order. All I got was what I thought a large (pic below) caesar salad (what a joke) and when he told me my total I questioned the pricing… I never paid that much and he thought that was so funny. I let him know that I never paid that much and that I would never eat from here again he thought that was funny as well. The clerk then proceeded to tell me to insert my card and pay. As I did I let him know that I also wanted to get a drink with that but since I had to pay never mind and thank him for along me if I had wanted anything else with my order. After paying I was refused a receipt for my records.veven when I got back to work, I found that the salad was not as good as it looked. Thought I was going to break a tooth on the croutons. Guess it must me nice to make up your own prices as the customer comes up. Pure rip off …. I am a mall employee that does not make much money and counted on the very very former prices when I had no other butto go and grab a bite to eat.

This place just keeps getting worse workers on phones decided to wait on customers when done with there text message, then pizza crust over cooked on bottom, Macaroni and cheese had a funny taste like it was old. Will not be spending my hard earned money on this quality of food, and declining customer service skilled employees, maybe this place should adapt the old if you have time to lean you have time to clean policy, also try keeping the food a little more fresh

I’m a mall employee usually come here once a week. Went today and the guy working the front was playing on the phone. He looked up and seen me and said what’s up. Very unprofessional to address a customer in this way. Pizza was burnt on the bottom. Service has gone downhill here. Won’t be back for a while.

Rip offs ! I ordered a pizza combo and just a slice of pepperoni pizza and was charged 19$. The pizza slice is 4.95 and the combo is 8.90. That’s 13.85 minutes plus tax it should’ve came up to at the most 15 and some change and they wouldn’t give me a receipt And when I asked why it came out to 19$ they just laughed in my face. I walked away I was livid

Believe all the reviews about getting scammed at this location. I was in a rush and was charged $48.xx for 4 slices of pizza, 4 drinks, and 1 Spgahetti. I realized it when I counted my change. But too bad for me because I didn’t get a receipt either. If you must eat here make sure you total your bill yourself before paying.
