My hair stylist next door to this business recommended this place. It was fantastic! My husband had the vietwich classic pork sandwich and I had the vietwich classic chicken bowl. The bowl dish was not on the menu but the staff recommended it. I added a fried egg and it was fabulous! Full of flavor, low carb – without the bread, and full of protein when adding the egg. My husband had the pork sandwich and loved it. It’s an easy access location for us that come from Sugar Land or for those coming from Houston Southwest.

The Banh MI sandwiches were excellent. The bread is a bit too thick, though.

My friend introduced me here with the TKO banh mi. And It was really amazing. Banh mi special is just so so but TKO was a hit. I think the time to make it kinda longer than other banh mi places but worth to wait. Also, friendly owner came out and gave us some samples of their smoothies and tea. It was really good as well. Highly recommended this place and absolutely be back soon.

Great little place. Close to my work without me knowing about it. Sandwich was incredible. The bread was fresh and crusty at the same time. Wonderful.

Unfortunately I’ve been super disappointed with this store lately. Two times that I’ve picked up from here, it’s taken over 30 minutes, one time 1 hour to get 1 banh mi sandwich. The time before that the person at the front didn’t even notify us that the food was ready and said she didn’t know.

I found out about this place from Yelp’s top 100 list and had to try it! Being a vegetarian I ordered the Tofu & Enoki Mushroom Banh Mi and wow…the best tofu banh mi I’ve had! The tofu was cooked to perfection. The bread was toasted perfectly too. The pickled carrots and veggies were fresh and the sauce was the icing on the cake. Hibiscus lychee tea was very refreshing. Staff is friendly and service is fast. The atmosphere is very casual with counter service. I understand why they’ve made it on Yelp’s list. I highly recommend this place. The only downside for me is I live in downtown Houston so it’s not convenient to get to.

My wife picked me up a beef banh mi sammy and some fried egg rolls. The 5 star reviews led me to expect greatness. This particular order did not measure up. The beef was sparse and chewy, the bread was a little dried out. The fried egg rolls were miniscule, the sauce was below average. I may have caught them on an off day, I’ll give them another try.

4.5 ⭐️. Overall great experience. For an average person a couple of spring rolls and a sandwich should be filling. I thought I could have another half a sandwich. Flavor profile is great for both the chicken and tofu – the two we tried. The hibiscus lychee tea was also very refreshing but on the sweeter side.

I went on 2/10/23 there’s a lot of competition out there and this place just seems overrated. I dunno if it’s just the sandwich I tried, but I’ve had better. I tried the chicken banh mi and it wasn’t mind blowing and it was a bit bland on the chicken flavor. I would also recommend you don’t add a fried egg to the sandwich because the juices from the egg also takes away from the flavor. It just didn’t mesh well.

The honest to goodness best banh mi that I have ever tasted. I would drive across town to get it again. I especially liked the TKO, a southern twist on the idea.
