I have been waiting to try your food for weeks now. Well unfortunately we came on a Monday and you were closed. So we tried again yesterday and you were close. This was around 3-30p. I was so disappointed. Can you update your hrs so I can try your dishes. I love Vietnamese food and I would love to finally get some.

Get what you wait for. Fresh. We got the pork fried rice, pork vermicelli bowl and the pho. My dude is from Europe and always says it can be better but I enjoyed what I ate. Sat outside. Order from the fried chicken spot. Love that. Very eclectic and if you change your mind last minute then you can choose what you want. I give the fried chicken place 5 stars too.

My family and I absolutely love this place! They now have Cajun food at the standing restaurant and Vietnamese in the food truck. Both are amazing. Their vegetable spring rolls are fresh and light – great replacement for a salad, and with the peanut sauce – AMAZING. We also had their bahn mi sandwiches – so good. I also had their Vietnamese coffee, which was perfect for a warm fall day. This place really does have it all – great ambience, great food, great service. And my kiddos enjoyed playing on the patio! The family that owns it truly puts love into everything they make, and it shows. I only wish I lived closer.

Banh mi sandwiches are sooo delicious! The bread is crunchy, but soft. We had egg rolls as well and they were super tasty. The owners are super sweet and we very much enjoyed our food!

I might not be Vietnamese to be knowledgeable in authenticity but I’ve had my fair share in larger metropolitan areas, and this food truck serves Grade A quality cuisine. Full of flavor! Vietnomz is a MUST GO TO when in the Waco area. You won’t be disappointed!!
