I initially went to another pho rest down the street. It showed open on google but upon arrival it was closed which made me pivot to come here. I didn’t have high hopes being that the reviews were not the best. I came in for lunch and ordered acchicken pho. I asked if it came with white meat because I don’t eat dark meat and the waitress confirmed that it does. I didn’t want to order any speciality drinks and assumed water is a standard that should be served. When the waitress came back and asked if I wanted to order anything to drink I said just water. After about 10 mins of waiting for my pho to come out I still did not get my water. While that’s not what I feel is worth sharing is, the broth was terrible. The bowl was filled with noodles and the pho came with dark chicken meat and cabbage.

Don’t order on Grubhub. Rolls were shorted from order and undercooked; rare steak pho arrived inside the broth and had been super over cooked, and portion seemed very small for $17. Also came with a lemon not a lime, and ignored the request for extra sides of sauce (which I gladly would’ve paid for if that was their concern).

Best viet food in reno! hands my favorite place to eat. The duck is always cooked to perfection. Bbq beef is so tender, good portions everything seasoned so well. Everything is fresh. Beautiful small place, peaceful on the weekdays in the morning they make the best viet coffee and boba. The owner are great people.
