I was so delighted with my bowl of seafood Pho that I felt I had to write this review! The broth was salty/aromatic/flavorful and perfectly seasoned all at the same time. A generous amount of seafood was added, including some very large shrimp and some tasty fish balls. I usually add some seasoning to pho, but I didn’t today because I didn’t want to disturb the tasty balance. This is a must try menu item.

Went to Chubby Boy on a recommendation. Wow, just wow. The shoyu chicken was on point. The chicken was very crispy, the salad was fresh and had a great dressing and rice wasn’t overcooked at all.

Loved the B1. Pho French Dip that I got for my take out. Also ordered the spicy sauce but forgot to take the pic of it and the pho broth. If you like spicy food then definitely get the spicy sauce. Friendly staff

Nguyen was very kind and made an effort to open the door for all the guests. We ordered the shoyu chicken and vermicelli with pork and spring rolls. Servings were large and reasonably priced. I would go there again!

We decided to try this restaurant because we weren’t that hungry to have Korean or Chinese in the same center. The name kinda scared us, but luckily not enough to keep us from walking through the door. The seafood pho my husband ordered was sooo flavorful! They know the way to make broth! I ordered the Bomb Tofu. It came out looking kind of small, but the taste was incredible. There are many different items on the menu that looks good, and that I wanted to try. We will definitely be returning.

Such tasty, good food!!! I wasn’t feeling pho so I got a rice plate. The spring roll and bbq pork was so delicious. Thai tea I felt was good, not too sweet like other teas. Good price too

This place kept popping up on Yelp and I needed to be in the general area, so I stopped in for a quick dinner. I used the free Thai iced tea offer—the tea was well flavored, pretty much as expected, although it could have used a little less cream (it was a little too pale an orange). The shaken beef was pretty good. The beef pieces had a little more fat than I consider ideal, but most of the chunks were fine. The sauce was very good, a nice mix of salty and sweet and a little bit spicy, with plenty of onions and peppers that weren’t over cooked and we’re still crispy.

Absolutely phenomenal Vietnamese place. Well worth a visit any time! Fabulous spring rolls and other appetizers. A memorable and delicious take on French dip with great spicey beef, cilantro pesto, and a fabulous, rich umami dipping sauce. Great, friendly, and attentive kitchen and wait staff. Tip them commensurately for their great kitchen skills and perfect welcome!
