We stayed at Zota for 3 nights and ate here several times. The buffet breakfast is good and economical. Dinner is very good. We had the grouper, snapper, roasted chicken (with excellent risotto) and shrimp with grits. Pretty much tried everything on the menu. The seafood was fresh and well prepared, comparable or better than the other fancy restaurants in Longboat key (we went to others around the area)

I came here with my family and ordered Salmon , chicken, and appetizers. The spinach artichoke dip looked like it was 90% cheese and the chips were stale. We also ordered the soup of the day which was 10$ but it was served on a regular flat plate with about 2 spoonfuls of soup. It was like a joke. The calamari coating was falling off if you tried to take a bite. The chicken was very dry. Waste of time!

Dinner was outstanding. Our server, Sabrina was great. Wonderful fresh warm bread to start the meal with choices of butter, oil, and a sun dried tomato tapenade. Delicious. Grilled Octopus with Chorizo and fingerling potatoes for appetizer was great. Caesar Salad was great. Main courses of Rigatoni Bolognese and Moroccan Chicken were excellent. Will definitely be back.

Ok so I asked if they had gluten free bread (for a grilled cheese sandwich) and the server went and asked and came back and said yes. What came out was a gf hamburger bun with some melted cheese inside. Just melted cheese on a bun. Nothing grilled or crispy at all. I’m used to mediocre food sometimes but this was very expensive and honestly terrible. The drinks were pretty bad. It’s over priced and very poor quality. The staff were friendly though.

I was a little hesitant on coming to Viento for dinner due to the minimal reviews, but I’m so glad I was convinced otherwise! 5-star service AND food. We had the chicken scaloppini, and salmon. Both delicious and super filling. We also had their drink special (lemonade spiked with your choosing of liquor). A bit light on the liquor, but still yummy and they even brought out an extra shot of tequila on the house! Everyone was wearing masks and tables were spaced. Our waitress was attentive. I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend 🙂

Restourant was empty hostess was talking to someone and laughing we wait for 15 min on front of them and asked can we get seat and we did finally and we wait and wait after 16 minutes I get up and ask for server server come and give us water and after that we wait 34 min for appetizers and food service is

These guys were great! Marcus was super helpful. Yummy breakfast food and one of the best filets I’ve ever had!!! I had only one misgiving about the food. Coming from Vermont I’d sure like to see them replace their “Breakfast Syrup” with some actual Vermont MAPLE Syrup! Still, their muffins were sincerely some of the yummiest I’ve ever had – light and flavorful, especially the banana-nut. A little pricey but I highly recommend this place!!!
