We stumbled upon Vida after a night out and I’m so glad we did! This restaurant, located in our hotel, exceeded our expectations. We were seated quickly and the service was top-notch. The highlight of our meal was the spaghetti with a delicious, flavorful sauce. It was so good that we were tempted to order a to-go plate. Next time we stay at the hotel, we’ll definitely be returning to Vida to try more dishes and indulge in another plate of that incredible spaghetti.

Vida is a nice place to have breakfast, however the two ladies at the front desk are literally treat you like they give you food for free, especially the blonde lady with long hair. Other than that the food, atmosphere, and servers are nice. Either the attitude of the two ladies at the front desk should change or the ladies should be replaced with more friendly ones who treat you like real hotel guests. Thanks!

We were group of five friends saying in Fountainblue over the weekend and at first glance Vida looked nice place to have breakfast. So we walked in and host informed us that we will be seated in 15 min which really happened in 15-20 minutes. Our server, he did not look very willing to help us with questions but we noticed that his English was limited and we thought he was stressed and did not want to talk and that was fine. After 20 min he bought coffee pitcher we ordered, while pouring coffee one of the mugs started leaking and before he removed the mug little coffee puddle created on the table. He took the leaking mug, brought new mug and put it directly in the coffee puddle. Meanwhile spill from the table start dripping on the floor. When I realised he was not going to clean up the spill I asked him directly to clean up and also to bring extra coffee to substitute the one in the broken mug. He looked at me unhappy and responded I will be back. After 15 min our dripping table was still dripping and one of us was still waiting for the extra coffee that was spilled on the table. Meanwhile he was taking ordered from other customers and counting receipts at the register. I walked to him, already pretty upset, to ask for coffee and clean up our wet table. Believe or not he seemed very upset too, saying he was busy with other customers. We asked to change the server hoping that we could just continue our breakfast peacefully. Meanwhile manager came to our table to apologise and we understood “things happens”and we are all happy. What happened next is worst than anything I have ever experienced!!! Three of us ordered Salmon Benedict and when order came it was Ham Benedict. Once again, we though “things happens” and we asked them to change. In 10 minutes they brought Salmon Benedict but guess what ?!!! They picked ham out of the previous order and replaced with salmon. We still had big chunks of ham in the sandwich!! NOW THAT THINGS DO NOT HAPPEN !!!! It is disrespectful and many levels wrong! Manager apologised and offered other food but I could not eat there any more. This is the place where kitchen “refreshes” and reuses returned food!

Decent but very expensive restaurant. We had breakfast a la carte and lunch here. The eggs benedict sandwich was okay, the eggs poached to order. The breakfast sandwich was good too. The potatoes (wedges) were terrible: wet and greasy. For the prices charge we thought the quality was average.

$28 Breakfast bar with standard fair. Standouts were fresh squeezed OJ , soft scrambled eggs & real maple syrup. Coffee was meh, but they have oat milk & fresh, really good iced tea. Inside restaurant. Enthusiastic wait staff but they kept forgetting our request.

Wow! What an beautiful restaurant and incredible breakfast buffet. They have a great omelete and egg station where you can order as you like or the buffet has a range of selections from waffles, pancakes, eggs Benedict, bacon, eggs, fresh juices, coffee, etc.
