Super cool building.. staff very cold and not very personable.. I got the smash burger and it was fresh but very average. If this place is fast food it was not very fast.I actually liked the crinkle fries with dill . Do better guys.

Love this place. I’ve never been here before and I ordered my favorite: Dealers Choice; and my wife got the Victory Burger. The burger that I recieved was the Southwest Smash. It was fantastic. The food was cooked perfectly and their fries were fantastic. The atmosphere is inviting and open. It’s a good place to come and hang out. They have ping-pong and other entertainment. Will definitely have to come back and try another meal here. Thank you for the amazing meal.

Staff was impersonal. Ordered Two Victory burgers. Received one Victory and one Southwest. Burgers and fries were cold and heavily seasoned. The fries were also overcooked and hard (scratchy on the roof of mouth). McDonald’s would have been better because at least burgers would have been warm. Not impressed.

Let’s start with the mean. Burger was EXCELLENT. Great beer selection. However my fries were straight up cold after waiting 10+ minutes for a meal… The icing on the cake was the dessert. I got over the fries being cold and took a chance on their $8 ice cream sandwich. It took 15 minutes for them to put ice cream in between two cookies that were hard as rocks. Waiting that long for ice cream really? All the while the guy taking orders apparently ONLY takes orders. Stood there watching Hell’s kitchen on the TV behind the counter while I waited 15 minutes for ice cream.

Saw the signs out on the street and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed!! Delicious, fresh burger. Dill pickle fries are a great discovery. If you want to grub a great burger, this is the place!

Tasty burgers! Fresh ingredients and decent portions. The pickle seasoning on the fries and the dill aioli were awesome! $5 sodas were a little hard to fathom, though. That aside, it’s a great fast-casual restaurant with room for groups plus ping pong and some table games.

Staff not friendly. I ordered the smash burger with an extra patty. It is not a smash burger, they are regular patties and dry. Not enough sauce on the burger to compensate. Building is cool. If you want a good greasy burger go to zips, triple cheese.

I just gotta saw… WOW! I got the southwest smash burger here, and it was delicious. The burgers come with a dill pickle seasoning on the fries, and they were very tasty. My Gf is vegetarian and they have plant Patties here! The bartenders were quick and seem to know their stuff. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

We waited for about 20 minutes in the “Pick Up Food Here” line to have only been blown off and told to get in the “order here” line for another 20 minutes. They could have given us our food then, instead of wasting both my time but their time as well. I don’t appreciate being blown off when I’m standing in the line that makes actual sense.

Cool spot but honestly, paying concert prices for a beer is ridiculous even with inflation considered. $9 for a pint of beer as a regular price is unacceptable. Please reevaluate your pricing structure as we would like to return but not at that cost. Everywhere else dt is $6-$7 tops.
