This establishment has no sense of urgency, customer appreciation, and definitely appeared to have third-world health code standards. Owner demanded I wait outside (establishment was fully furnished) and would not refund after explaining my concerns.

Zero Stars!!! Horrible horrible customer service!! Call to ask if their pizza dough was fresh or pre baked and I could not believe that he told me he puts fresh socks on and steps on the dough I don’t know what made him think it was okay to be so rude to someone trying to pay for food service but just horrible I was shocked!!!!!

As a child I loved going to Victor’s pizza. It was something I looked forward to. This evening we went there and it had a sign saying no dine ins and when we went in the older guy there told us to leave and call in a pizza. Guess what, it cost nothing to be nice. I would leave less then 1 star and I hope that pizza place goes under because he didn’t have to treat us like that and I hope this changes anyone considering going there. What a a$$.

The food is ok not as near as good as it use to be. The new owners are so rude and always mad never smile or even say thanks. It’s the last time I’ll give the Rudes my business!! Go to Dana’s the food is much like it was when the original owner had it and the customer service is great. It worth the drive.to olive branch.

If you are worried about Covid, wear masks. Don’t be rude. I ordered a pizza and had to use the bathroom while waiting outside. You got rude and said I can’t come back in because of Covid. You let me in to order your gross pizza and you do not have masks.

The pizza at Victor’s is absolutely delicious, it’s one of the best in Mississippi. The customer service is horrible. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. We were treated very rudely. I personally think the owners know they make a good product and know people will still patronize their establishment regardless of their non-professional attitudes. We will NEVER dine in again, we will call in our next order and carry out.

The pizza is good, especially fresh out the oven. I’ve been coming here for years (my mom started ordering here when I was a kid and occasionally I come back). The service is slow and nothing to write home about. Someone mentioned that these are hardworking individuals, but I, too, am a hardworking individual and you can truly tell when people just don’t care anymore. Even if I am tired, I would show great customer service. Been here multiple times and they never smile. The friendliest thing you can get is an “Enjoy!”. No fountain drinks, just can drinks. No refills. You get your own utensils and plate, bust your own table, and you pay before you get your food. Ass backwards from how things used to be. The wife and husband have always been nice to me, but I have seen them get rowdy with customers of all backgrounds. Anyways, I highly suggest getting your pizza to go, but call in 40 minutes before you actually want it as they take forever to make pizzas now. Just go to Dana’s in Olive Branch. I heard it is the same owners, but at least Dana’s is fully staffed to get you your food in time.

We ordered a 15″ pizza. When we got there we had two 10″ pizzas waiting on us. I did not feel like arguing so we took them. The pizza dough was powdery( like it wasn’t mixed completely) and no sauce. Price $32.50. We won’t be back!!!
