Yesterday 8/27/23 was my first time going to this sun shop. I did not know you have to ASK for your sub to be cut in half. When ordering a half of a sub. I’ve never heard of a thing before in my life. All the sub shops I go to will just cut it. I say that to say this. I ordered half of an Italian sub. And when I realized I had to ASK for it to be cut. I did so when realizing. The guy had an attitude about it when I said I had no idea and it’s my first time there. Won’t go again I’ll continue to give Jojos my business. Where I don’t have to ask for my sub to be cut. As big as a half of sun is. Why wouldn’t you cut it in half

I wanted to place an order by phone and pay and the lady told me I couldn’t pay because their were people waiting. Is not my time and my patronage worthy? Not a good idea to treat people that way. She would not take my payment said I had to pay when I pick up. Customer service is important too.
