We have been wanting to go to this place ever since we moved to Pleasanton four years back. And finally made it to this place during our morning bike ride earlier today. It was well worth coming to this place. This place is very popular with the locals and has a good community kind of vibe. The food was well prepared and served everything we ordered. Perhaps one of best tasting chicken waffles we had in the past. The chicken was not over fried and very well balanced.

The place was nice, friendly and attentive staff. Price was reasonable. Lots of regulars. The food was average. We had the chicken/waffle and the salmon omelette. We might probably come back to taste their other food choices. We weren’t too fond of the ones we picked the first time.

Wife and I have been coming here for a long time now and we have always enjoyed it but ever since they changed ownership they have really stepped it up a notch. Service was always good but the quality and the creativity on the menu has improved quite a bit. I just had the waffle sandwich and it was amazing.

VICS Place is bigger than it is from the outside..I appreciate how the tables are well spaced apart from one another. We went there this President’s day holiday and the place was somewhat busy but we were seated immediately. We chose to sit inside because we were being chased outside by the BEES! that was our cue to be inside diners. We were asked what we would like to drink and then our waiter introduced himself and brought our menus. David was very friendly, nice and was able to answer a few questions about some of the food. I liked that they were constantly dropping by asking if we needed anything and filling our drinks. Once the food came out it did not disappoint..it was yummy and flavorful..We had the Coach Kwan which was the omelet and my daughter had the Coach Toscano. Laura came by and introduced herself. She’s very sweet and told us about the Brunch that occurs every 3rd Sunday of each month with mimosas I’ll end this with saying go to VICS.. you’ll leave full, happy and with a to go box if you don’t eat it all.

I used to really enjoy coming to Vic’s all stars and now it is even better since it was taken over by new management. I went there with a big party (8 people). The service was quick, and the food was so good. They added it to the menu and revitalized the location with new colors and an upgrade.

Great food and great service. Lots of items to choose from. I am from Colorado and i found this spot in a nice little cozy town of Pleasanton. They really care about their clients. The manager Laura and waitress Sandra are super friendly and accommodating. I will come back!

Was good while it lasted but the food got too expensive and service isn’t always the best. It’s better if you order everything all at once and not bet that they’ll check on you. Drinks aren’t worth it either.
