Most friendly service with a smile! Best BBQ, especially the chicken and turkey. My husband had the pulled pork baked potato and loved it, and he is a pulled pork connoisseur. Plenty of food for the price! Will definitely return next time we are driving thru Houston! Thank you Greg and Shelly!

Finally stopped in to see what all the fuss was about at Vick’s BBQ. I love food truck BBQ … it’s basically a smoker on wheels on a couple of people who love what they do. We weren’t disappointed … the brisket cuts were moist and full of flavor. The sausage was extremely tender and tasty as well. It was a great evening, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. My only regret is not getting there sooner before the ribs were sold out. We’ll be back … we have to try the turkey and banana pudding!

Stopped by Vick’s BBQ last night for dinner and boy was it delicious. Had the brisket, sausage, and some mac ‘n cheese and everything was a 10/10. The brisket was so flavorful, I wish I had ordered more. Can’t wait to go back and try the other items on the menu too. Also, super friendly and nice customer service. Overall, it was a great experience and I can’t wait to eat there again! Great find!

The brisket was YouTube worthy, juicy and incredibly tasty. The ribs were tender and the sauce perfectly balanced. We landed from Cincinnati, checked into the hotel then went looking for great TX BBQ. Vick’s was just what we wanted. I highly recommend it.

First visit, and certainly not my last! Ordered a baked potato with brisket- it was huge and so tasty. Thought I was getting one meal, but I can easily get three to four meals from this bounty! Sat at a picnic table enjoying warmer weather, a gentle breeze, and my food – a lovely Texas day! Highly recommend this place. Good food, good portions, friendly service – what’s not to love?

I am very picky as it relates to barbecue. When it comes down to it, when it comes to great tasting barbecue, I look for well seasoned, moist texture, and most importantly smoke throughout the meat. Vick’s Texas Barbecue got it!!! This mobile food trailer stands above the rest when it comes to great tasting barbecue. The owners were very nice and friendly, even sat down with my family and told us their remarkable story and experience on how they got started in the business.
