We ordered chicken 65 spicy after i got my order it was not even spicy at all even i didn’t feel any salt it was tasetless and then i went back they gave me the same thing with to much red pepper on it. I don’t recommend order chiken 65

Humble Yourself
For first time eating Indian food it wasn’t what we expected in a good way .would recommend mild on spices in case you’re not used to spicy food. Dishes were very delicious something different and the value of each order more than fair considering how fancy the place is inside and out. They are very family friendly and willing to accommodate to our needs. Customer service was amazing with them constantly checking up on us if we needed anything every 10/15 mins and making sure we were satisfied with our food.

A detour stop in Bakersfield late afternoon for Indian food travelling from vegas to bay area. Pleasantly surprised by the decor. Great ambience. Courteous staff. Owner Tejinder Singh made recommendations and claimed the Viceroy for was the only Indian fine dining in Bakersfield. Ordered plenty vegetarian and meat dishes. Amritsari fish, Tandoori Chicken, Rogan Josh, Butter chicker, aaloo gobi, daal makhni, matar paneer .. tandoori roti and laccha parantha.. topped with Taj mahal beer and masala chai. Gajar halwa to go..Quite a treat.. spices were mild though flavorful. Potato in aalo gobhi undercooked. Too much haldi (turmeric) leaves fingers yellow for a full day even after washing hands thoroughly. Recommended and enocurage visiting other fine dining to inspire and improve.

Amazing food and atmosphere! Went here on a Monday night for my birthday dinner with my husband. Had lamb vindaloo, shrimp vindaloo and garlic cheese Naan. Absolutely delish. The service was very good and when the waitress asked how we found the plaCe and why we came, I mentioned my Birthday and she brought out this yummy piece of cheese cake! I had no room for it, but it was so good! We will definitely be back in the future.
