My husband and I had dinner here for the first time this evening. He had a double-cut pork chop, which he said came out exactly as he ordered it “medium rare” and he loved it . . . high praise, indeed, as he is in the meat business and knows a good cut and quality when he tastes it! I had salmon piccata, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The salmon was cooked perfectly and served with just the right amount of piccata sauce, of which the taste was light and balanced.

Great food, atmosphere, and service. Really good veal Sorrentino and Chicken Murphy dishes. The Pistachio Tartuffo is to die for! I would go there just for that!

We waited 2 hours for our food. Two solid hours. We ordered no appetizers. They were solidly overbooked. The waitress NEVER came by and apologized for the wait. The owner did at the end. The final straw was they added a 20% tip because we were more than 6 people. I will never go back there.

Today was our first time to Via Veneto and we are very happy. Service was great and the food was delicious. The prices were a little higher than many comparable Italian Restaurants so we wouldn’t come back here unless it was a special occasion. But on a special night like a BDay or date night with the wife I would certainly go back

The woman on the phone was less than nice when we asked for bread with our Italian dinner. Asked again at the restaurant to please make sure there was bread in the bag (because they have forgotten it before), again nasty attitude but assured us it was there. (It wasn’t there)

As always, food and service were on point. We had The fried calamari, burrata, and steamed clams for apps. Dinner was the balsamic chicken (highly recommend!!!) And the bone in chicken with sausage (can’t remember the name but it was awesome). Desert was the pistachio ricotta cake and the peanut butter / chocolate cake. Just a fantastic Saturday night dinner!

The food was not good for the price we paid for a BYOB. Three people at our table got veal which was tough and chewy. Shrimp Scampi had no flavor. The table next to us waited almost 2 hours for their dinner while the owner sat at a table with his friends. Definitely will NOT be going back!

Pasta carbonara was drowning in heavy cream. Service was good. Most of the dishes I’ve seen there look decent so might be worth another try.
