We had the roasted broccoli and cauliflower appetizer, and it was quite good. The beer and the glass were ice cold. We had the pepperoni pizza and the Ambassador Bridge pizza – both Detroit style! They were excellent, and hot. The crust was nice and buttery and crispy on the edges, generous amounts of cheese, and overall it was very good. Kay was our terrific server, she was very friendly. We highly recommend.

Would go again, so five stars, even though deeper dish type pizzas aren’t my go-to fave. I’d go again to try the gluten free and maybe even dairy free options. That’s great to offer (for more money). The marinara sauce on the pizzas and on the side for dipping cheesy bread is absolutely delicious. Puree, no real chunks, sweet and salty and zingy. The way the square sides of the crust get a bit crunchy cheesy is yummy, on both the pizzas and the cheesy bread. Not overly greasy, but yes it’s there, but because they cook the dough before sauce goes on, it’s not doughy anywhere, that’s a major plus. The pepperoni and sausage have great flavors and textures. Tables have parmesan and pepper flakes shakers. No kid’s menu, so we went with ordering some cheesy bread with some pepperoni for our toddlers, and they enjoyed it pretty well, especially being able to dip it. The Moab brewery root beer was nice, in a frosted glass not with ice for dilution. Ice water has a large pebble ice which is fun. The selection of non alcoholic drinks is fun. We got a tiger’s blood float which was quite sweet and mostly tasted like coconut. Service was super (we went early on a Saturday evening) and the atmosphere is very familiar eatery with concrete floors and sports bar area. Seating is booths and tables, and high chairs and booster chairs are available. Waiting area has benches, as does outside waiting area near the entrance. Plenty of parking. Restrooms have two stalls, one handicapped one regular. As far as in the Ladies there’s a changing table. Neat feature on the door: you can use your foot to drag it open to get out of the restroom handsfree.

Had a family outing and decided to try out a this new pizza place. I have to eat Gluten Free and was curious about their crust for the pizzas. I ordered 1/2 Herbivore and 1/2 Hawaiian. The crust and whole pizza was freaking delicious. We told our waiter it was our first time there and he brought us a complementary Gluten Free cheesy breadsticks and they were yummy! The family ordered a Carnivore, Bobo Brazil and Classic Pepperoni and they all loved them. We ordered just small Detroit sizes and came home with 2-3 pieces each. We also ordered the Beet salad and meatballs. Our server was amazing and very attentive. Everything was so good and we be putting this as one of our favorite family meals when we go out.

What a great lunch decision we made when we decided to go to Via 313! They are known for their Detroit Style pizza which is a thick crust pan style pizza. And the really good news is the make a super delicious gluten free crust! I go not need to eat gluten free but my sister does, so we decided to share a gluten free pizza. I must say it was delicious! I spoke with the manager after our meal about the crust and found out about their process for making the gluten free crust. They take great care in making of the gluten free crust! They make it first thing in the morning before anything else. They are careful about washing the pans after each use and scraping out the ovens between uses! While it is probably not ok for true celiac disease it is definitely ok for gluten intolerance! No one in our party tried their other regular style pizza dough can only assume it is also delicious! We will definitely be going back for more Detroit Style pizza!

First time we ate there, ordered the Detroit style Square pizzas: Omnivore and Vegan. Both were awesome, and tasted just as good the next day! Our waitress really took care of us when the order took a while to get ready and gave us the meatball toast appetizer! The Omnivore and 500 combo was great on our second visit.
