We played a golf tournament and that included food from the bbq spot inside the pro shop. Let me tell you… this was really good bbq, was very surprised how good it tasted. Fries well seasoned, pull pork sandwich was spot on with great flavor. Thank you to the CHEF!

I haven’t always been a big fan of BBQ, but this place has totally won me over. I absolutely love the turkey and chicken, but the brisket is on a whole other level. Amazing. They sell through it quick, so make sure you hit them up early in the week.

I have to be honest, especially when it comes to BBQ. I’m not a fan of a lot of BBQ restaurants in my location but Surefire had the best that I’ve tried so far. There’s a chain location near me that can’t compare. Surefire has great flavor, you can taste the meat even with the seasoning and it was not dry. I recommend Surefire and I’m glad that I finally found good BBQ near me. Also, try Papa Bruce’s BBQ sauce with your meal.

Got a rack of ribs. Way too much rub and dry! The guy at the counter told me he won’t cut the ribs because it would be too dry and gave me a look as he pack the ribs saying that it was the last one. He knew the ribs were dry with not even a half pound of meat. I will not be going back.

It’s noon on a Saturday. I came in to grab a pound of brisket for later and a quesadilla for now. The man at the counter said that they are not open today (No posted signs). Please correct your hours on google.

I came primarily for golf lessons. After my instructor and I got done we went inside and both ordered and I asked myself “How is this not a stand-alone restaurant?” The food was tasty, fresh and hot. This is place I’ll now have to come by even when I’m not there for golf lessons! Thank you chef, I will be back!!

Showed up noon on a Sunday; they had just started smoking meats so didn’t have any food aside from hot dogs and hamburgers, no cooked food until 4/5pm.

High quality bbq made with high quality ingredients at a fair price. The mac and cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, ribs, and brisket were all very good. The brisket and ribs were thick-cut and moisture without being fatty. Overall a very enjoyable meal and look forward to eating here again.

The baby back ribs had way to much dry rub and is gummy and has a strange aftertaste. We literally had to scrape it off with a spoon and ended up with a large pile of the rub on our plates. It also was spicy, which we like, but it was to spicy and all the sauces were as well. The ribs were not tender and were full of fat. The brisket was fair but dry. We were excited to have found a new BBQ place, unfortunately we will not be going back.
