These folks brought their food truck all the way to our local County Fair- nearly a 400 mile trip- and I’m super grateful they did this! It is incredible how good these tacos are. Making ramen using mexican spices and birria is absolutely inspired. If they ever come close to our town again, I will make time to buy some lunch.
