We stopped here for lunch and were able to get in without a reservation. We tried chips & queso, the Cali burrito, shrimp tacos, and the churro fries. Everything was good and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Jocelyn was fantastic! Not only did she help with menu choices, she also gave us helpful Kauai info.

I like the chicken ultimate burrito. Ive been going to Verde for many years , including their old location. Strange people seem to hang out there. I had the police called on me for taking pictures of my meal and a picture of the restaurant interior. Maybe not Verdes fault but i do not need harassment for taking pictures in a public spot. I will avoid the hassle and not go there again. The restaurant said they were sorry. Im sorry too. See the pictures that warranted a police visit.

My husband and I both ordered the Mahi Tacos for lunch, and it did not disappoint! The Mahi Mahi was perfectly crisp, the cabbage and pickled veggies offered the right amount of crunch and zest, and the sauce to pair was delicious and creamy. What a great flavor combo. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant and we will be back! Everything looked great on the menu, as well.

The Kauai beef is our favorite meat. It’s great in the tacos and the Cali burrito. Liked the furikake tacos. They put a lot of sauce on it. Burritos are great. Kids options are great.

Walked right in with no reservation on a Tuesday night. Great food and service. My fish tacos were super saucy and delicious. The beef was also good too—my son loved the keiki beef tacos.

Staff was both friendly and prompt. Food was good quality, a touch pricey compared to home (but so is everything !) Excellent, quick stop after the airport. Would certainly stop again !

Expensive and a bit of Mexican/Asian fusion but incredible food and almost worth the high price. I got the verde verde burrito with fresh caught mahi mahi which was cooked perfectly. I’ve never had broccoli in a burrito before but it was incredible how they brought it all together with the perfect sauce. Tostadas and tacos were great as well.

We were craving Mexican food and decided to give this place a go based on the reviews. I ordered a margarita, which was fantastic, and a garlic shrimp burrito, which was not to my liking at all . It had no taste of garlic and was drenched in aioli. Fortunately, the server was very kind indeed to exchange it for fish tacos, which were better . My son ordered cheese quesadilla, which was very good, and the niece ate some sort of a bowl that had rice and veggies. That was also good . Overall, we will give it another try when in the area and try other dishes on their menu . They were very nice folks.
