Great pizza! The crust is outstanding, might be the best I’ve had in Seattle (New Yorker here). The place was busy and buzzing on a Saturday night but service was still great for takeout and a drink while we waited. The cocktails were fantastic too. The atmosphere is like a cool college hangout and the crowd was pretty young. Three pinball machines and two are among of the best ever (Theatre of Magic and the aliens from Mars one), the third was Tron, which I haven’t played but it looks promising. We’ll definitely be back.

Yummmmayyyyy …Errrthang! I’d eat here again; visit here again. The bartender/host was dope! Music was . The host was playing Fugee and Rootz type music. I enjoyed it. Pizza was too! I think this was the vegan pizza I got. Yum!

For a bar, they’re fine. For food?? Put the pizza that’s already cooked and ready on a %$#@ing plate and let me be on my%$#@ing way. Heat it up for a minute if you have to but I swear to god, Jesus Christ rose from his %$#@ing tomb faster. Never ever come here under the assumption that pizza by the slice should be quick. Or good, for that matter.

Vera’s is both a pizza place and a bar in Ballard right off Market. It’s got a bunch of tables and booths inside plus a good sized bar. They have some games like ping pong and skeeball. They get busy later at night so it can take a minute to get a drink but most other times of day it’s not bad. Service is good, they’re all characters and make things fun. The pizza isn’t bad, although just a little bit pricey for the size of the slice. Slushie drinks come in these ceramic pandas.
