I have found Heaven on earth. The people are amazing and the pizza is the best I have ever had. The people turned their ovens back on at 5 minutes till closing to take my order. The delivery gal was the best.

I was in town for a crew regatta and the owner had come over to Melton Lake earlier in the day to pass out menus to the teams participating in the regatta and I’m glad he did! Our entire team had a great meal, everything there was delicious! The service was a bit slow, but we were a party of 20 and there was already a party of about 10 there, so very understandable! The food was worth the wait. The salads were fresh, the pizza hot and delicious and the pita bread was amazing! Next time we are in town for a race we will surely eat there again!

The Food here is very flavorful and i enjoy it a fair amount. That being said the thing i must comment on is the Owner and how he treats customers. I ordered food over the phone to surprise my wife on our Anniversary as i was out of town hours later i received word that the delivery driver had wrong information and the 30 dollar order of food was given to the wrong individual or place i called fairly upset and it was closed but the owner answered anyway. He refunded my card and opened i kid u not his restaurant and cooked a new meal and delivered it personally to my wife how amazing is THAT.

We stopped here after an afternoon of hiking and arrived (inadvertantly) shortly before close. We found it via navigation in my car and thought it was worth a try. The owner welcomed us in without any hesitation and was nothing but courteous and polite to us. We all ordered a calzone and were not disappointed. Quick service, tasty meal, reasonable pricing. We will definitely stop by again whenever we are in the area and support this small, local business!

Went there the other day the pizza was amazing and a the crust was perfect the way I like i! he said loaded with cheese and that’s just what we got simply amazing staff was super nice and the baked manicotti was absolutely deliciou. However I wish they would update their place it looks a little ragged could definitely use some fresh paint on the walls cleaned up some but their score was a 96 so I thought that was great!

I just moved to Tennessee and with no car and not unpacked I placed a delivery. I get my food a little over an hour and immediately I notice the 2 liter is warm. I get to the food and the hamburger patty is hard as a rock and the ultimate fries haha. The ultimate fries to get a small cup of refrigerated cheese and a packet of sour cream. I’ll never try this place again!

I had not ordered from Venice’s in a few years because of the rudeness of the employees, and the manager yelled at me over the phone. But everyone and everything deserves a second chance so I decided to order for 2 nights since you have to order at least $12 worth of food for them to place a delivery charge on there, and of course the tip is the right thing to do…that part was fine-the gentleman who delivered my food was very nice. I ate one of the enclosed foam containers and it was kind of cold, not really what was described in the menu, but edible. The second night I brought out the potato skins that I had been looking forward to and THEY WERE BURNT!! I tried to call twice, but it was late already, and I know sometimes restaurants want to get out of there so they take their phones of the hook to keep orders from coming in.

Fresh pizza and a diverse menu is great, but the prices are outlandish for the mediocre service and portion size. They will deliver from their entire menu which is great, but you could make a whole plate of gyro’s for what they charge you. And I refuse to eat in, the atmosphere sucks, but when you need a gyro or a falafel pizza this is the place to go.

Ordered food here the first time tonight and it was horrible! I got loaded potato skins and the sour cream was liquid and the potato’s only tasted like grease and the cheese and bacon were flavorless. I also got chicken Alfredo which was SOUR?!? The only edible thing was a slice of chocolate cake. Worst $20 I’ve ever spent don’t waste your time.

Great menu selection, generous portions, very reasonable prices, and delivery! This may become my new favorite place to eat in oak ridge. I got the chicken parm which was great and lots of it . It came with breadsticks which were yummy. My Friend got pepperoni stromboli -she said it was good. Friendly delivery person. Wish they were open later is only complaint (I work 3rd shift so I wish everything was open later!)
