Very delicious tacos! I had the Buffalo chicken and the chicken and waffles. Very different from typical tacos for sure, but a fun twist. They also had a bunch of breakfast tacos, I didn’t try them but they looked delicious. My friend had their red velvet cake and loved it!

This is my 2nd time here and I gotta say I really like it. First, love the atmosphere and music and that there’s an outside patio that welcomes our fur babies. Margaritas are really good! Tacos are an infusion of different types of food from the world, the one I like the best is the Korean fried rice taco. I like that they are open till 2 am. I think if I could offer a suggestion, it would be to turn down the ac indoors ( I know it’s hot in Texas, but it feels like a freezer in there) and even though I like the music, I’d love to hear more Spanish music since it is a taco restaurant.

New location of velvet taco but the same taste and quality of food. It’s usually very busy during lunch times, Nashville hot tofu (item #4) is very tasty but full of oil. Fried paneer is great too. Only item that’s kind of not up to the standard of other options is Mediterranean Mushrooms (Item #5.5)

We usually head to Velvet Taco about twice a month. We love their weekly WFT (Weekly Featured Taco) options. I have never had a taco I did not enjoy. My go-tos are the Hangover Breakfast, Kobe Bacon Burger, and the Mexi-Cali Shrimp. We also love their Queso Blanco. You cannot go wrong with any of the food options. It can get really busy, so hopefully there will be seating available. For this location, the parking can get pretty full but there is also some parking in the back.

I stopped in for three tacos off their gluten free menu – one chicken, one beef, one mushroom. The food! Absolutely delicious, with fresh and interesting veg (microgreens!) and big chunks of high quality meat. Prices are high ($20, with tip for my tacos), but not out of line for the quality. My issue is with their take-away packaging. I was handed a family-sized plastic bag full of more plastic that I felt surely could not be my order. It was. For this reason only, I will not be back.

Just visited this new velvet taco location since it is soo close to my house and it did not disappoint. I ordered my all time favorite spicy chicken tikka taco and it was absolutely stunning as always, would definitely recommend if you like spicy tacos! This location is bigger than one I visited in Fort Worth, and very clean. This location has inside and outside sitting and lot of parking. It has a huge velvet taco sign which you can’t miss if you are looking for it. This was an amazing experience with great tacos! A bit pricey $5 for a taco but quality and flavor is really really good.
