I went for lunch and it was my first time dining here since they opened. The service was very quick even though it was busy and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The prices were moderate and reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The food was not exceptional, but it was decent and satisfying. The décor was also not very impressive, but it was clean and cozy. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend this place for a casual and relaxing meal with family or friends.

My gardenburger had zero toppings! No lettuce, no pickles, literally just patty and bread. Really? I get one anywhere else including Burger King and it at least the basics that any other burger has. I asked the server about it and she just shrugged and said, “Yeah I don’t know. Can check the menu for what it says.” No offer of condiments. Yikes. Won’t be back, personally.

My new go-to! Great service even with short staffing. Food hits all you’d want in general diner fare with breakfast-centric vibe. Clean and convenient.. sort of like the Dollar General of restaurants! Find them where there might not be anything else around and you’ll be able to get pretty much what you want or need! Good price point in these tight times.

What a nice restaurant! My husband and I were greeted and seated quickly. The breakfasts we ordered were prepared quickly, and delivered to our table by a very nice waitress. There was plenty of food! Very tasty, and, at a very reasonable price. We WILL be returning to dine here again. Very pleased. The restaurant is new, clean, and modern.

We had a great experience during our first visit, and it was only their first weekend open. The service was a great team effort (there was always a couple of people on the floor refilling water/coffee, cleaning, etc), the food came out quickly and it was delicious!! We took some ice cream home and it was some of the best we ever had. Even IF things didn’t go perfectly, they are still learning/training and I can’t believe how critical people are of a restaurant that JUST opened. I’m thrilled to have this new restaurant in our town!

Early dinner meal, Ordered a chicken sandwich and curly fries. Fries weren’t even close to uniformly fried. Too much difference in their done ness. Chicken sandwich was supposed to be original. I ended up with a spicy one. I did eat my meal because I was starving and didn’t want to wait for a new one to be prepared. Afterwards, I did speak with the manager. Instead of just saying, I’m sorry your dinner wasn’t satisfactory, he made excuses. Anyway, I’m not sure if I’ll eat at this particular location of Valley Dairy again or not.

Most of our food was good & tasty. But one of us got a turkey sandwich which was not too good BECAUSE IT WAS LUNCH MEAT! That is beneath Valley Dairy. My dear friend didn’t enjoy her lunch because it was lunch meat, & dried up lunch meat too–rather than real turkey breast, as other local diners do.

I only gave one star because I had to click on something to open the review.I stopped in with my wife for two thick chocolate milkshakes … Evidently there was no training in this department took 3 people 40 minutes to make 2 milkshakes unacceptable, I gave a 20 % tip upfront I guess that was just overlooked. The first two girls were pleasant enough but the hostess was just plain rude I would put her in the kitchen she was not what I call first impression type. There were plenty of employees in this store, however I feel overstaffed for a Monday i feel too many standing around doing nothing.

Stopped by with my family of 6 on a Saturday afternoon and received possibly the worst service we have ever seen. It took over 20 minutes for our waitress to even come to the table and explain to us that the reason we waited is because they were trying to figure out who was going to serve us. We saw 2 other tables walk out before ordering in this time, there were maybe 5 other tables in the entire restaurant. Placed our drink order and waited another 10 for our waitress to bring them and had to stop her to place our order as she was just going to drop them and leave again. One of our side dishes was incorrect and rather than fix it the waitress argued that we were wrong because she wrote it down, she wrote the wrong thing. Then told us we could eat it if we wanted to and she would just leave it on the check, we had to explicitly ask for it to be removed as it was not what was ordered. Server never checked in once during our meal, again down to probably 3 or 4 tables total at this time. Once we finished the restaurant had another few tables come in so we waited for what felt like a good while before my wife took the kids to the car and then I proceeded to sit, alone with empty plates for another >10 minutes before our waitress stopped by to see how things were. I had to ask her for the check at this point and she explained that she was “just really busy because she has 2 other tables too”. The food was good and I’m glad we got to try it out but if this is how it is when there are only a few tables mid afternoon I couldn’t even imagine the nightmare service during their peak hours. Definitely would not visit again.
