Excellent breakfast spot in the Akron Valley. Service is always top notch. I have only been to this place on the weekend and it is usually very busy. They do a good job of getting you a table in the time they tell you. You can also use the Wait-list app to get on the waiting list before you come to the location. Food is great and they have a big menu. Highly recommend checking this place out.

I came here last week. My 1st visit & we were seated outside by the patio chairs.❤️ The food (4 me) was ok. My bacon was soggy & wasn’t crispy like how I would of like it. Overall the eggs & pancakes were tasty.

Valley Cafe never disappoints. One of our favorite things is the partnership they have with a coffee company, which usually have some pretty cool flavors. This passed Sunday, for example, was blueberry cold brew or salted Carmel hot coffee. The cold brew was delicious. Sunday morning, you need to beat the church crowd or good luck getting seated. The patio is great on Sunday mornings.

Valley cafe is my new favorite breakfast restaurant in Akron’s Merriman Valley. Sunny and inviting, the place radiates warmth and comfort. Beautiful outdoor patios and tables surround the cafe with abundant outdoor seating for summer days. The waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable and the portions are large and filling enough to suit even the biggest apatite. When we visited I had the thick cut Amish French toast which was lightly fried and covered in a sweet citrus glaze. I paired it with a coffee specialty consisting of chocolatey coffee whipped cream and gummy worms. I also tried the coffee of the day, a vanilla blend that was smooth and comforting. They have breakfast, brunch and lunch daily. There is also ample parking.

Recommended to me by my doctor’s assistant at an appointment. He said that Dan’s barnyard was the best to order for breakfast…and it was large! Ended up taking half of it home for dinner and it was delicious!!! Highly recommend!

The place is nice and the food was good, but I am giving just 3 stars because the hostess at the entrance wasn’t pleasant, she forced us, with not very good manners, to put our bicycles in the bike rack, I am sorry, but you need to understand that our bicycles are very expensive and we are not happy to leave them out of our sight, so we had to seat not at the table we wanted. Also, there were very few vegan options, they were good, but overpriced. I don’t believe we are coming back to eat here again.
