I have been about 10 times and really like this place. It goes back to at least the 1970s and is in a former firehouse. It is order-at-the-counter, and the workers are very nice and the wait is never long.

As a life-long Memphian I’m embarrassed to admit this is my first time going here. I have sadly done myself a disservice for years because every was great. I went with the spicy Italian, Italian sausage, and a slice of sausage and pepperoni pizza. The pizza sauce and dough had to be house made as you can taste the freshness of both. The spicy Italian was packed with meat and the Italian sausage ran the length of the bun. This was my first, but certainly not my last visit!

Lasagna was nasty tasted like chef boyardee, which I do not like. it was slightly better than that bust still taste almost similar. pizza was ok. service was good. I would probably get a sub if I came back pasta doesn’t look very good on here should have looked before ordering.

YUM!! I saw a great write up on Valle’s in Garden and Gun and had to come try it for myself. The MUFFELETTA is delicious! Very friendly service and great prices too. Don’t let the part of town deter you.

People are friendly there but the place should be condemned. This place is old and dirty!!! Ceiling fans could fall on someone’s head at any time or cause an electrical fire. Restrooms look like truck stop restrooms . The food is terrible!!
