being italian and raised on italian food my expectations for a good deli sandwich in california is low but i was beyond disappointed in fact my day is ruined the bread was extremely dry and the meat tasted rancid the dressing tasted like someone’s grandmas expired refrigerator condiment and the lettuce was wilted not to mention the cheese was borderline plastic ??? 30 bucks down the drain never again.

For a $8.79 8 inch sub there was barely any meat on my sandwich. I’d rather go to Jersey Mike’s where I know I going to get my money’s worth and a great sub.

Horrible hospitality, they make people feels we are bothering them just to order, and almost 20 bucks for a side salad and sandwich on sliced bread and No napkins when I got it to go.

Service was very fast. Employees were very friendly and offered great suggestions. Followed instructions for baking and the pizza turned out great. Nice crisp crust. Dough was a little dry but great flavors. We got the chicken with white sauce pizza, plain vheese pizza and Mediterranean salad. We will be back to try some other specialty pizzas and subs soon.

Kind of a bummer -trying to support our food joints during the pandemic. Tried to call at about 7:45 to get a pizza to pick up before advertised 8pm closing. After several attempts someone finally picked up our call and let us know that because they were slow they had already put things away including the pizza dough, and told us specifically that is why they hadn’t picked up our call. While on the phone we pulled up to the store with lights on and the open sign still on with 10 minutes still remaining until closing time. Still turned away. I’ve worked in the food industry and last minute walk ins are always a bummer, but my experience of good customer service is you remain open and hospitable to customers for as long as you say you’re open. If you want to leave at 8, tell the public you’re closed at 7:30 – on a Saturday night. For a pizza place. Headed over to Tony’s.

Pizza dough was too thin after baking and obviously was missing yeast. After 30 years this was unusual so I called and complained that the dough was uneatable. Sorry was all he said. Really? NO offer to make Good? Well that’s the end of Valentinos for us.

Horrible; this is not a Pizzeria here or anywhere. I’ve ordered a Spaghetti with Meatballs, what I got was round aluminum foil container that was on the display cooler with Two big meatballs that were heated on a toaster over, that besides being cold on the inside tasted horribly and rotten, absolutely uneatable. I went back to the counter and told them what the issue was and since I was on lunch, I requested the order be changed to Two slices of Pepperoni Pizza instead, what I got in return was a slice of Cheese and a slice of Pepperoni Pizzas that were in the warmer since I don’t know when, I wanted to eat them but couldn’t, the sauce was horrible, tasted as if was bought at local grocery store, way to much Oregano flavor which over-powered everything else.
