Not welcoming when I come in and the lady and the owner there are not friendly. The food is OK. Price is OK. But the customer service is not OK. The way they treat people is ridiculous. As you guys working at a restaurant and giving customer service it should always be a warm welcoming to the customers who come into the restaurant that’s giving you business. They don’t do that here ever. The way they also spoke to my mom was not acceptable at all too as she was always ordering food here all the time. The owner gave her attitude and not accepting with fixing her order within placing the order in few minutes. After this incident we will no longer be ordering here at this pizza shop.

Owner is not customer friendly, ordered the wrong sized pizza, owner says “can’t cancel or change size it because they already put it in oven.” Told him he could give it or sell it to another but proceeded to say “that would be stealing if I didn’t buy the pizza.” I believe he needs to get both his own mental state with customer service straight and go read up on laws. Unfortunately he didn’t take no for an answer and charged the card when I asked nicely to cancel. Was an avid customer but the owner lost my respect completely. Was my last order at this place. There are plenty of other better owners who respect their own customers and pizza places around the area.

Legitimately the best Pizza I’ve had. My partner would not stop talking about this place in their hometown so I was determined to visit and see for myself. The stromboli, top notch. The wings, a must get. But what made me upset was the pepperoni pizza. I took one bite and immediately tasted and felt the difference in what I had where I live now, and Valentino’s. It’s amazing how good this place is. If you’re nearby for lunch, do it.

I placed an order for delivery (as I have done before). After the order was placed I received a phone call from Dave saying we don’t deliver to spring city. I said since when because I have gotten deliveries before from you, Dave says never have delivered there. I said yes I have gotten deliveries and described the delivery vehicle. I have the delivery vehicle on my ring cam from previous delivery. I live exactly 7 miles away from this place. Continued arguing with me about it. Then wanted my credit card information to refund my money. I said I’m absolutely not giving my credit card information to you over the phone. I don’t trust that.
