I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Potentially the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Placed an order online, they accepted the order, didn’t have the expensive food (lamb chops) I ordered. Even though they clearly have the ability to mark these items unavailable they were just attempting to take my money. Without even notifying me and then let me wait for an hour without any communication that they didn’t even have the items I ordered. There’s better choices in the area.

I spoke to the manager Cheyenna twice before I received my order, because she tried to charge $45 for a $36 order. Valentino’s taxes on food, they neglected to add my chili special. When I called to tell them, the manager was rude and kept repeating herself… I could either “come get it or get store credit!” Until I reminded her that this was their fault. She said all she could do is add another chili special… I agreed! I paid for a bowl, initially. They packed two cups of the chili special, instead of two bowls. I will never patronize this restaurant again. You can’t come into our neighborhoods and give sub-par service, high prices and expect our business. On top of all that they didn’t even care to make it properly, not one onion in either cup! Valentino’s Deluxe Coney Island is in the same boat with Coney Time… They’re rude and want our money, but no back talk!

Ordered a breakfast with a side of ham. I was told 10 minutes waited 25 to pick up arrived and they had not even started to make my breakfast was given a warm beverage for the wait after over hearing the cashier telling the cook she forgot about my order. Get home and my side of ham was missing. Called back and she said oh it’s ready would you like to com back and pick it up. But as far as quality it was tasty.

Their Chicken Fettucine Alfredo is the best iteration of this dish on the planet. It’s saucy as all get out and that’s where the flavor is. I like to put a little fire sauce on it and some crushed red pepper. Ohhh boy – this is heaven to me. I like when the box is so filled with the alfredo. I just want to find a good show to binge and big ol’ bag of Valention’s alfredo. That’s pretty much my only goal in life.

5 stars because they do have better coney food than the average Coney Island. Stir fry off the chain. I’m outside of the area, they still delivered. Nachos are cool , the brand of chips are just too salty. I mean they are trying. But on different days you get different cooks so I guess you gotta get to know them in person.

The worst experience I spent well over $100 and all my food was burnt I called back up there and the person on the phone was rude.. called back today and that person was even meaner and was like well what do you want us to do there really isn’t anything they are going to do about it… I never complain about anything because working in the food industry I understand how it gets but wow just wow… Completely rude and disrespectful!!!!
