Being obsessed with this place is an understatement. One of my friends told me about it last summer and my family and I had never been before. Fast forward one year later, it’s one of our go to dinner spots anytime we’re DTS, including plenty of times in the off season too. The food here is unbelievable. The quality is incredible and it tastes like you’re eating in Italy. In terms of going out to eat, this is one of two places we frequent most regularly here. Love that it’s BYOB too. Carrie, Alicia, and team are absolutely amazing and always provide the most amazing service and hospitality. I’ll be back soon!

Went there for dinner. Service was spot on. Ordered the Braciole with Gnocchi which was fantastic. Also had the pizza with mushrooms, and was missing the caramelized onions. Would have given 5 stars but how do you forget one of the 2 toppings on the pizza. Will definitely give them another chance soon.

This is a very nice restaurant. Service was great and the food authentic Italian which is so refreshing to find. Prices a tad higher but you are paying for the quality. Portions consistent with those served in Italy. Very nice. New lunch spot for me.

Excellent food and service. It’s BYOB but they’ll give you wine and cocktail glasses. I had one of the specials whole Branzino which was expertly filleted at the table. It was cooked perfectly and not one bone! We will definitely go back.

We had dinner here tonight. We had an 8:45 reservation but weren’t seated until 9:20. Even though we waited close to 40 minutes, we didn’t make it a big issue because we heard the food was good. After we sat down, we were rushed to order. First came the margarita pizza, which unfortunately came out charred. We were told it was because of a gross black layer that is at the bottom of the oven. The manager or owner (not sure which) came over and then told us that we were wrong and the pizza always comes out burnt. I then proceeded to order a pasta special where the pasta came out hard as a rock and undercooked. We asked them for a ride of pasta so that we could mix it in but instead they took my dish back. When they brought it back to the table, it was clear it was thrown right into the microwave. The manager or owner (not sure which one) came over and proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and the pizza should be burnt. It is clear that late in the night they don’t care about their customers and just want them out of the restaurant. We were offered no apology and instead received remarks about how we are wrong as the customer. I am always one who gets embarrassed to send something back, but when your pasta is rock hard it’s Warranted. The staff couldn’t even look us in the eye on the way out. If you want to be treated poorly and told you’re wrong about your meal being terrible, then Valentina’s is the place for you. I will make sure I spread the news about how rude your upper management is to their customers.

The food was good, but my pasta was a tad to al dente for my liking. That’s why I only gave it 3 stars. That being said, the sauce was delicious, and the soup my husband had was good. I have had better Italian but if you want to give this place a try you should. It is a romantic atmosphere and it’s a byob.
