The food here was really good. The only con was the $400 or so I spent for us to eat here.

Really unique creative atmosphere and menu. Very artsy feel to the décor and the food. They are known for their paella which takes 45 minutes to make in the traditional wood fired oven. Several different varieties can be ordered in large and small and vary in price from $24 up to $80. We ordered the traditional mariscos paella a pitcher of sangria and bunch of tapas to start. Topped off the meal with goat cheesecake with cherries. Everything was creatively prepared and delicious. The service staff was friendly and very personally attentive. I would definitely come back to this place and highly recommend it to anybody that wants something a little bit different and really fun.

This place is a must visit if you like tapas and drinks. We visited for the paella (takes about 40 min to make) and enjoyed a few tapas while we waited. The decor inside was very artsy. Because the weather was great, we decided to sit outside at the patio. Ordered the chicken/seafood paella, and enjoyed the steak, chicken wings, fries, and charcuterie while we were waiting. Erin was our waitress and she was amazing. They had a beer mishap and the bartender felt bad, so he made me a special one when he didn’t have to. The paella was ok, but I will definitely be back. The tapas and drinks were amazing. Thank you guys!!!

I went for the tasting collective. Wow, hands down one of my top 4 tapas place. The staff were so, nice. Chef was for informative. My favorite dish was the Canalons a la Barcelona. Have not had great liver pate dish since my mom died in 1998. Definitely recommend this place would eat here again. Service 5/5. Food 5/5. Atmosphere 5/5. Customer service 5/5. Yep, having my birthday dinner here.

Ooooh what can I say about this place except that it was amazing all around! I went with a big group and we got to try a lot of different delicious dishes! Charcuterie board, olives, roasted nuts, Bombas de Queso, Bullfighter’s Steak, Patata’s Bravas, Toledo Bar Fries, Crab Bunelos, Seoul of Spain, Paella Mixta, Goats Milk Basque Cheesecake, and Honey Toast Torrijas. Cocktails I had were Leche de Pantera aka “sex panther” milk punch (this one was ok, tasted a little like licorice which I am not a fan of), and the Prince of Toledo which not only tasted amazing but the presentation was awesome as it came on fire! Ambiance is cool (bathroom is super dope) and when the chef lights the paella on fire with a fire gun it’s pretty cool to watch! Customer service was outstanding as well! Can’t wait to go back to try even more since the menu does rotate!

Amazing experience all around. Service from Lizz was outstanding. We really enjoyed all of their cocktails, which included a lot of in-house ingredients (I.e. their 12mo aged Cachaça). The food exceeded high expectations. Chef did an awesome job of putting delicious and unique twists on Spanish dishes while still keeping them recognizable. Super happy with everything.

One of the best hidden gems in town! Come for the paella, stay for the flamethrower! Every single dish was phenomenal and the paella was well worth the wait. Servers were exceptional and took great care of us. Highly recommend the Spanish Penicillin and leaving room for the cheesecake. I’ve had dreams about this place and can’t wait to go back.

Most amazing culinary flavors you’ll experience in Las Vegas! This restaurant is not what you’d expect. Prepare your mouth for a flavor expedition when you come here. Best Spanish food hands down, paella flavors with sauces and toppings that will rock your world. This is a must taste for all visitors and locals in Las Vegas. It’s got easy prices for locals. Especially when you pack on the toppings. It’s fast service casual dining with tapas, spanish rice bowls of paella, and all the Spanish favorites like flan, sangria, and croquettes. They even sell full paella pans and do catering and delivery.
