I’ve been here 3 times and every time, we’ve always enjoyed our meals. We finally took our son to Vacunos today, and he said he hasn’t enjoyed a meal like that in a long, long time. He’s a bit of a foodie kid from Toronto, Canada. The meat is always tender, good quality, and delicious. The Empanadas are cute but tasty! The kids love them. They especially love the vacunos sauce that comes with it on the side. Their tostones is cut thin and cooked to a perfect crispness. The chimichurri is a great pairing with any of the grilled meats and tostones!

Go knowing your order could take 25-30 min. This isn’t fast food. It’s prepared when you order but the wait will be worth it. We have been twice and split the 1lb filet mignon platter with two sides. Steak is always so tender that you can easily slice it with a plastic knife. The sides we’ve gotten and enjoyed are the yucca fries, sweet plaintains, and potatoes. Take your date for a candlelight dinner and sit at one of their picnic tables. I’m serious. Nice romantic setting and then get dessert next door .

This place is a must-try. I’m only in town briefly and wish I could take another meal down. Everything was perfect, picanha was juicy and flavorful, crisp salad, potatoes pristine. I’d expect food this good to come with a reservation or an hour wait.

Everything was tasty. Though laying similar prices to a sit down churriscaria. Pecanha wasn’t quite up to what I’m used to. Not bad but not as good as I had hoped. Worth giving them a shot and deciding for yourself. Definitely didn’t care for the cod fritters though. Looked beautiful but the texture was off-putting. Sauces were excellent.

Everything was so yummy I was already halfway through eating it before I thought maybe I should’ve taken a picture first. The serving size is very big, even for the half pound. There is a bit of waiting because everything is made to order, but its so worth the wait! The churros were also so delicious!

This place is amazing!! I grew up in Miami (Cuban family) and I’ve really struggled living here the past year, especially because I’m used to eating delicious food and this area is lacking. I’m so mad I just found Vacunos today, but boy is my family happy to finally have a taste of home (with a twist)

So tasty and fresh! The various meats were very tender and moist. They really didn’t need sauces but were greatly accentuated by them. The black beans were really smokey and great. Great Value and Great Service!

Have had food from here twice now. The staff is friendly and personable. The food is great. We love the churasco and picanha. Their aoli and chimi are delicious additions to pair with the meat. Do yourself a favor and try the tequenos dipped in the aoli as well. They’re a little more pricey than our typical takeout meal, but considering the quality cut of meats, preparation, and serving size, I’d say it’s reasonable. We’ve been highly satisfied both times.
