The cashier need to learn how to prioritize things and get a hold on her snappy attitude. My food was ready but she continued to wait on customers coming into the restaurant. When I inquired about my food (order) she snapped stating, “I don’t know”. I will not be buying anything from there no time soon.

The wings was amazing! Perfect size I don’t care for huge steroid wings. The steak sub was also delicious. Everything well season! And the tea so so good My son loves shrimp and he said his plate was also good! I tried the shrimp too We will definitely come back! ❤️

The few 1 star reviews are a shock! We visited here for the first time and it was very fresh, great portion sizes and great service. Also very very clean, always a plus. We ordered the Gyro, Honey BBQ Wings, Egg Rolls and a Garden Salad. Not one complaint here. Even went out of the way to tell the cook it was great. Can’t wait to try the philly!!

The customer service is horrible I told the girl at the counter nothing but meat and cheese on a sandwich it had mayo on it then another lady came and said she can’t make me another one after she messed up then racially profiled me then I wake up this morning check my bank account instead of the $34 I paid it’s now $39 so they forged a 5 dollar tip this place is horrible worst dine I experience and they have roach canbehind the counter

My husband got the wings from there today for the first time and said it was one of the best wings he’s ever had! Way better than BWW! We’ll getting wings from there only! He almost wants to go back and shake the hand of the guy who made the wings! Lol

Food is good BUT, $2.09 for a cup of water, even if you order food !! Just was not hungry enough for a combo plate so ordered some side orders, plus had to ask for napkins (so did everyone in line).

The food is pretty good. However, all of the to-go trays are apparently not suitable for hot food. The styrofoam became very distorted and shrank into the food. The food was still edible, but please get appropriate carry out trays.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had! I walked into this establishment to place an order on November 9th 2021 around 7pm. I ordered a wing combo (10 piece ,2x flavors). The order came out I viewed the Order (Touching food inside the box) and it was incorrect. I addressed the issue with the cashier and she confirmed the the order was incorrect. The cashier then went to the back to inform the cook “Alicia” that the order was incorrect. The cook “Alicia” came to the counter with the biggest attitude. I told “Alicia” that the order was incorrect. Alicia then tries to take the food back (The same box I picked at and actually ate a couple fries from) to replace the wings that were incorrect. I then Stated I do not want food that someone beside me is picking through. She then said she has to take 5 wings out and put the correct 5 wings because I didn’t pay for 15 wings. I then expressed to her that you should not be picking through customers food after it is received by the customer no matter the circumstances. Alicia then begins fussing and talking extremely loud (Mostly in Spanish) She then snatches the food and throws it away. At this point I just requested a refund and decided to leave. I just wonder what happens in the kitchen when customers are not looking. I never been treated like this especially in my Duty Uniform as a service member.
