I’m am severely disappointed with the pizza I received from Urbn tonight. I drive an hour to get pizza from Urbn because it is the closest you can get to New Haven Connecticut pizza out here on the west coast. I am from Connecticut and this is Brooklyn style thin with no crust. I drive an hour for the fluffy crust. I will no longer be sending people here as the quality of the food here has changed for the worst. I would like a response from the owners but as previous customers stated they can’t even get a refund or a call back with an apology. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The pizza was OK, on the tasteless side (probably because of the complete lack of salt even on the dough). The salad, though, was excellent: very fresh and made with top-quality caramelized walnuts.

Ok hands down the best pizza I’ve had ever and that’s no joke. The beer is also really good. It was our first time here and it didn’t disappoint. The caesar salad was the best I’ve had in a very long time. The staff was very helpful and super friendly too. I wish we had one in the area I live in, bay area but sadly we don’t. When visiting San Diego this is a must. They have many locations too.

This is not like fast food pizza, it is very real and natural so you do have to enjoy that type of taste. I lived in Italy for a while and this really reminds me of their delicious homemade pizzas! The ingredients were all so fresh and tasted incredible.

LOVE their pizza. My favorite, so far, was a DIY with Sausage, fresh mozzarella, mozzarella and onion. The chicken is so good too. We made a pizza with Chicken, Bacon & Onion and it was delicious! The crust is so good and everything is so fresh and real. Plus, the staff is fantastic. Thank you!

Really good pizza crust … And the toppings as well.. it’s good that they don’t have a ton of options that way is not so hard to decide what to get. Also if you ask and as long as the type of pizza have the same sauce you can get 2 kinds instead of one. Prices are same as many around the area.
