We’ve been ordering take out from Urbano for a while but hadn’t been in to eat before. Tonight we went for gnocchi Thursday and it was very good, but previously we’ve ordered from the standard menu. Everything we’ve had there has been delicious!

This was the best Italian food I’ve ever had. 3 of my friends and I show up, we were slightly confused at first. We got sat. The service was IMMACULATE. The food was DIVINE. The people were very sweet, and gave me and my friends who are new to the area so much help when we asked questions! Seriously I’ve never had service or food quite like it. The atmosphere of the whole plaza is my favorite in Sterling so far and I’ve been here about a week or so!

I absolutely adore this place and so does my boyfriend. The atmosphere is fantastic, the have shade and sun outside and AC inside with quiet but nice music, a windshield for outside, and cute decor. The food was outstanding (and I’m very picky), octopus was cooked well and not too spicy, sauces are very clearly handmade. I have a food allergy and the chef came out to talk to me to make sure things I ordered was okay. The wait staff was lovely and attentive. The espresso was perfect! Overall just lovely and we will absolutely be coming back.

I went to this restaurant and ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a drink. I sat outside to eat. The waitress was very friendly and the time came to pay the bill and I reached for my wallet and it wasn’t there. I had just gotten off work and switched out of my uniform and left it in my other clothes. I offered my phone as collateral until I could go get my phone, but the waitress said wait one minute and went into the restaurant. When she returned she said not to worry about it, it is free. I insisted that I would pay and be back in 15 minutes to pay. She insisted that I didn’t have to worry about it. I figured I would leave this courtesy for someone who needed it more than me. As I went to my truck a young man came running up to me and told me he would take care of it and I told him it wasn’t necessary but he insisted. I returned 15 -20 minutes later and thanked the young man that helped me and I gave the waitress a tip. It makes me feel good that there are good people out there that are willing to help when someone needs it. Thank you to the restaurant, the waitress and the young man that helped me.

Stopped by for a bite to eat before shopping in the area. Friendly service at the counter. They’ve got a few tables indoors and a nice covered patio with a handful of tables for outdoor dining. Opted for outdoor dining this weekend.

I have been coming here for 2 years and have recommended family and friends this cute open concept restaurant. Their menu is what stood out to me at first because they have a very unique palette in their food choice as well as their pastries. I really enjoyed this place where I could take my kids and family until this year where I experienced very poor customer service with the front desk person. I had my brought my young son to grab some lunch with me. We had just boughten an açaí bowl from another vendor nearby and while I stood in line to order our food at Urbana my son wanted to eat some of his açaí bowl while he waited. The front desk person came to me and told me he was not allowed to eat his açaí bowl inside the restaurant and would need to put it away. I told her that he was just getting some bites on it while I was waiting in line. But she didn’t want to hear what I had to say and insisted that I have him put it away because this is was a full service restaurant and other foods are not allowed. I was very confused at her approach and the way she handled the situation. It is not a full service restaurant if you have to wait in line to order your food but at this point there was no point to argue. I told her I was disappointed that for a few bites that my son wanted to have with his açaí bowl we would not get served. I am giving this place 3 stars because the way the employee handled the situation was very poorly. This employee treated us as if I brought a full 5 course meal to their place and would not take my order unless the açaí bowl was put away. I have not gone back. I hope they understand that customer service is vital.

Excited for this addition to the cascades overlook shopping center. I stopped in and ordered a salad and coffee for lunch and they brought it out to me at one of the many tables outdoors. They also had a lot of yummy looking baked goods cutely wrapped in ribbon can’t wait to try their pasta and desserts!

Urbano is delicious! We were sad to see Cafe Cubano close, but I’ve got to say I’m not anymore. I am so glad my family decided to try it out. We ordered to-go, but there were plenty of nice seats inside and outdoors.

Delicious food—from apps through main course to desert. Cocktail was lovely and chef came out to meet us. Artichoke appetizer was particularly good. We’ll be back.
