This place used to be amazing every single time my wife and I would order from here- which was about 3 times a week. From the time Ashley Siwinski (the manager) left and was replaced with this new manager, the food has been subpar, to say the least. In the time before the manger change, I never had any issues with the quality of food. But now, the bacon is always undercooked, the sandwiches are haphazardly strung together. It’s unquestionably, no where near the same level of service. We were very surprised that a manager change would have such a massive impact on the quality of the food. Urbane is a nice spot to get a good sandwich and salad. I always get So Cal chicken and you never feel too full or sluggish afterwards. Service may take some time since food is relatively fresh so you can order on the app and pick it up. Always busy so seating can be limited, but that tells you the food is good.

I ate the mediterranean chicken sandwich that had roasted chicken, pickled red onions, feta cheese, humus, cucumbers on bread that was hearty and soft. It also came with a nice side salad with vinaigrette dressing, feta cheese and an orange. Everything was tasty and I will definitely come back again when I am in the area.

Had the cilantro chicken salad delivered by Dash. Paid almost 15 bucks for lettuce. No wonder they give you an option for extra chicken, they don’t give you much. You might get more chicken and less lettuce if you eat there. Not worth the money if you have it delivered. It looks like it was prepackaged first thing in the morning and keep in the fridge.
