The food was amazing and the service unparalleled! I had a few billing problems from the pos system they used. Took out a wrong amount but I called with my concern and Mark the owner called me personally and took care of all he could! Problem amended and great business done. Thank you for caring so much! My order was ready for me less than 10 minutes after I paid for it. I had potstickers and an udon noodle stir fry with agave, ginger, sriracha sauce. It was all really, really delicious. Plus, the portion is huge!

Service was great. Food was great. We came from a Saints game and weren’t able to to use our tickets for a coupon. If it’s not misleading, it’s annoying that the sign encourages customers to use their tickets after the game but limits it to online orders. That made our experience a bit lackluster.

Tuesday evening review from an out-of-town visitor attending a business conference at a nearby hotel: customer service was terrible (staff would not respond to or even acknowledge questions I or other customers asked), mediocre food that was unimpressive for the price, area felt unsafe to walk back to hotel (and did feel unsafe as I walked there alone, but even more questionable as the sun set) so I had to take an Uber to return less than 10 blocks away. The place (eating area, not just kitchen) was noticeably thick with smoke as if lacking proper kitchen ventilation. I intended to dine in but ended up taking out due to all the above factors.

We love Urban Wok in Lowertown!! They use really solid ingredients and everything is made fresh. The whole family is happy! We enjoy the comfortable and casual seating but we order to go quite a bit too. The to go holds up nicely. The ownership is local and incredibly generous to the community…sponsoring music and art events. A true neighborhood gem.
