Our first time eating at Urban Thai. We wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was very clean and the server was very welcoming and prompt. We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and the Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice. Both at medium spice level. Love the fact you can choose from the different levels. Both had so much flavor and just enough spice to make to make sure the water kept coming. Prices were great and so were the portions. We look forward to coming back sometime soon.

I had an amazing experience at Urban Thai Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Julieta, who was very attentive and kind. She even brought us different chili hot sauces to try. Highly recommend!

First time eating at Urban Thai. Heard good things about them and they did not disappoint! We were in town for the weekend and wanted to eat Thai before heading back to DFW. The servers were very welcoming and attentive. And the restaurant was very clean too. We ordered the Chicken Bites and the Pad Kee Mao, both at medium spice level. Also ordered the Thai green tea as well. Taste and flavors were great and looking forward to trying other items on the menu when we’re back in town!!

We had lunch at Urban Thai at around 1:30 on a Saturday. The place was not crowded. The service was quick and the ambience was ok as well.We ordered from the Lunch menu – Thai Basil Fried rice and Drunken noodles. They come with a side of Salad, Soup and Spring rolls (Take outs only get the Soup and Spring rolls. The sides tasted really good. The entrée tasted good as well. The only remark I have is that the beef that I got was not fully cooked I believe as it was very chewy. The price was great as well and not too expensive. Overall I would recommend this place.

Urban Thai has been around for about two years. I’ve eaten there three times in the last two months. The food is excellent, service is friendly and timely. The price is amazing for the quality and quantity. I recommend any of the curry, lettuce wraps, spring rolls, and rice paper egg rolls. There are a ton a great gluten free options. My family really enjoyed the whole experience.

Great Thai restaurant with great service. Most of the dishes are flavorful. The only downside is the Thai Salad. It needs more fish sauce and fermented shrimp paste. A good place to visit for sure.

Small little restaurant in Katy. The foods and service were great! They are probably the best Thai foods restaurant on the west side of Greater Houston area. Yes! I’ve tried almost every Thai restaurants in the west side.

Food here is really special and feels authentic! We loved the dumplings, tom yum veggie soup, tom kha gai soup, and basil fried rice. Presentation was also above and beyond. Quiet, small place with great service.

The best Thai food in Houston. I eat here 1-2 times/wk and I’ve never had a bad experience. The owners (John and Teda) make this a special place. Two of the finest people you’ll ever meet. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!
