Lovely Rita
This was our first time at this establishment it was an excellent experience. We absolutely loved the robot that brought us our drinks and our desserts. The robot played a little jingle as it was coming and going. Everything was fresh, and you can keep as much as you want to cook in your little pot. Next time we are bringing in our kids cause they would love it too.

Food and service are great. I’ve eaten here several times already. It’s pretty cool inside (temperature), despite all the cooking from the customers. The robot is really cool and will join in with the singing and bday celebration. I find their restroom too dark inside though

I have seen the future of customer service and I for one love it. From the ipad to place my order to the robot delivering the food to only having 2 people actually in the restaurant and not missing a beat. It was all so futuristic and the prices for 2 people reflected the automation built into the system. Notwithstanding the futuristic appeal the food was fresh and you cooked it at your table. The entire experience was refreshing and I’ve been waiting on it for a while now. I will be back soon!

Fun experience, they bring all the meat, noodles, and veggies you order from the iPad and you cook it in the hot pot. All the meats and everything cook up very nice. Extensive sauce bar is awesome! Good service.

Really excited to try this place and it was really cool and delicious! There’s a little tablet that you can use to order food or call a server, there was a conveyor belt in the middle with food rotating that you could grab and there was even a little robot that would bring drinks and smaller food plates to your table! Place was very clean and aesthetic. And all the servers were nice and attentive. But just the food alone was worth it! I highly recommend and plan to come back soon 🙂

My Mother and I went for lunch. I had seen the advertisement for the opening. My Mother loves hot pot in general. The servers were very accommodating. The food was so fresh and great options. We will be back!!

A great place if you’re into hot pot, which is basically where you choose various ingredients like meats, leaf vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, and seafood to cook yourself tableside in a simmering broth. If you’re familiar with fondue, it’s the same concept except instead of cheese it’s soup that you’re dipping your ingredients into. If the concept of cooking food yourself is a turn-off, that’s understandable and it’s your choice to miss out on understanding the aspect of conviviality and why communal eating culture is important to a billion-plus Asians. That aside, there are plenty of ingredients to choose from as well as the soup bases. Ordering is done on a tablet and some of the ingredients even come by on a conveyor belt beside your table. They serve individual pots vs the one big communal pot some hot pot restaurants have. Everything ingredient is fresh and delicious. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

Such a good spot! Clean, friendly staff (you order on ipads, but the staff still made sure to ask if we were okay or needed anything numerous times!). Food was super yummy, will be coming back!
