Fresh food is made to order by fast and friendly employees. Rarely is the wait longer than 5-10 minutes from the time you order until the food is in your hand. Cinnamon Pie is the best dessert pizza in town. Prices are reasonable, food is good, staff is friendly, very satisfied.

Great pizza and great prices. I’m lactose intolerant so I was thrilled they had Vegan cheese. I can finally eat pizza again! I had the Brick pizza as a halfzie and the portion was perfect. The staff was nice and the place was clean. No complaints here!

Out of town, trying a local pizza. They had air conditioning issues.. that’s okay and understandable. The pizza dough was extremely SALTY ! Also ordered a cinnamon pizza.. extremely salty as well. So salty it gave us heartburn! We had been traveling all day, too tired to find something else ); travelers stay away ! Oh ! Had a Mediterranean salad and… a rubber band was in the salad );

I came into the Lubbock Urban Bricks location (7610 Milwaukee Ave Ste 100, Lubbock, TX 79424) on 4/1/2022 around 6:30pm and ordered a “whole white shroom pizza” with Italian sausage added. This is a standard menu pizza with 1 additional topping. When I received the pizza, the dough, cheese, and toppings were undercooked because the person working the line put too much cheese and too many ingredients on it. I asked to speak to the manager to come to a resolution to get my pizza fixed and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. After speaking to her and showing her my undercooked and inedible pizza, she was unwilling to correct my order or remake me an edible pizza. At that point, I could tell that she was becoming agitated, and I asked for a refund. She rudely told me that she was unwilling to refund me and could only offer a coupon. She then reached into a dirty glass and gave me a “free pizza coupon tab” that was covered in pizza grease. She told me that the pizza coupon was the “best she could do” and she was unwilling to have a further conversation regarding a refund or making me whole due to the inedible pizza that she served me. This experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the rest of the staff being nice and hard-working, the poor quality of the pizza and extremely rude and unprofessional manager will deter me from visiting this location in the future. I urge the owners, Jason Burrellson, Andrew Forman, and Nannette Forman to take an active role in training management in customer relations and training the staff making pizzas on the line. Please see the attached photos for pictures of the uncooked dough and cheese, two images of the grease-stained pizza tab coupon, and another picture of the entire pizza (minus the one slice I tried to initially eat and threw away because it was undercooked).

I love urban brick pizza! I’ve read some of the reviews and don’t understand really. So, it’s a pizza bar where you watch them build your pizza and add the toppings while you watch and tell them what else you want. So, with that in mind how can somebody complain about not enough or the right kind of pizza? When I go if I say Canadian bacon and it’s not enough I ask for more! I’m rating based on fresh and quality of product and then the friendliness of staff bc this is kind of a direct interaction with staff as it’s being made. I have had my pizza piled up with toppings and love every bite! I highly recommend build your own and go to town on whatever you like! No complaints from me!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The pizza dough is delicious. The beer on tap fills from the bottom of the glass. I was hesitant about creating my own pizza from the beginning, but then had a blast adding two different sauces, a mixture of meat and veggies on quarter portions of the pizza. The employees were friendly and helpful. It is a bit difficult to find the pizza place in the center. It’s located in the far left, on the frontage road. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Ordered pizza got delivery… pizza is less than impressive… crust was not chewy, no crisp slightly doughy. Wings were also just okay…. nothing to be excited or happy about paying that much for.

Good place to visit for some pizza. Nothing on the menu that’s outstanding, but there are some good choices. I’m not a fan of how much ash from the pizza oven ends up on the pizza. Just tastes burnt because of it.

Yesterday, I tried to place an order online at 9 p.m., but wasn’t able to (on the website and app). Called multiple times, but they didn’t pick up. Went to the store, and sign on door says they’re doing drive-thru and online orders only. Drive-thru was not functioning. Ran into an employee near the store, and he said they closed early. Why not put a sign up? Today, I tried again to call as well as place an order, but to no avail. It’s only around 7 p.m. At least update y’all’s business hours if you’re going to be closing early regularly, or if y’all are closed temporarily.

Tried this place for the first time since I’m new here and the pizza was great, salads were great, but the wings like what the heck was that guys! The menu states they have oven baked “bone in” wings…these were a cheap knock off of Tyson chicken nuggets. Not even wings and they tasted absolutely awful . Very disappointed and definitely would not recommend this place to a friend unfortunately. Had I known I didn’t receive what I paid for, I would have asked for a refund right then and there since I did an online order for pick up. This was the location off of Milwaukee Ave.
