I enjoyed my beef brisket salad very much. The meat is a little too burnt on the outside to my like, but it is moist and flavorful. The salad is fresh. The service isn’t too fast, but I wasn’t in a hurry either. Take out might be faster. The portion is just right and they gave a generous amount of bacons and beef brisket. Good $12 price for the tasty food in airport.

Ordered ribs to-go and was sorely disappointed. First, it took them a while to fill the order without the restaurant being busy at all. We opened up our order as soon as we got on the plane, so about 15-30 minutes after receiving it. Gave it a try and it tasted as bad as it appeared, dry with leather texture. Had to throw it away because it was inedible. What a waste of money!

We went here from work 2 times. We talked after the first trip about the quality of the meat we got not being very high/good. The Pulled Pork was pretty fatty, the brisket was just okay. We gave them a second chance in case the first time was a fluke. NOPE, the people were nice enough but just doesn’t compare to other BBQ meat in the area.

Ordered a drink, then a pulled pork sandwich with fries. I cannot tell you how the food was as I did not receive it. Walked after 30 minutes waiting and the 2 gentlemen that ordered after me were served and almost through eating. A different waitress said she would rush it through… I’m good… She did comp the drink.

Are you kidding? No service for 10 min…then 25 min wait for pork sandwich and fries. Then overcharged, refunded, over charged again, refunded…no refills attitude of bartender, no sauce…waitress lost 5 lbs in 30 min running everywhere. Food mediocre at best.

Absolutely terrible. I have yet to find a location where the food was a good. Dry brisket and tasteless pork smacks of food that is smoked elsewhere and reheated. Slow service, rude manager. You wont get another chance. I’ll go out of my way to eat at Andy Nelson’s or Red Hot and Blue. I eont be eating here the next time I travel.

First time here. In Airport. Pulled pork was good and fast. Service good. I know they can’t prepare here inside security, only reheat. Was very good and a great option here on C Tier.

Not expecting much at an airport, but the pulled pork sandwich with urban BBQ topper was incredible. Tender, flavorful, and even better with Dragon Honey sauce. The fries were crisped to perfection and seasoned well. The staff was friendly, an all around great experience.

For an airport restaurant you can do a lot worse. It’s a little expensive but everything in the terminal is. Fried pickles were pretty good and there were a decent amount of them. The meat is a bit on the dry side but that can be easily remedied by the many sauces on hand.

I ordered the chili. The menu says brisket and ground chuck. I looked and looked and finally found one 1/2 teaspoon size piece of meat and no ground chuck or “hamburger” type meat. There was maybe an 1/8 of a cup of beans. The sad thing is it had really good flavor! I didn’t try anything else after the very sad excuse for chili.
