First time I’ve been here and it’s amazing. Margaret was so pleasant, helpful and informative. Everyone was pleasant. The Brisket was so tender you almost didn’t have to chew. The brisket sandwich was so big my friend and I split it. The spicy cucumbers from the side bar were great as was the pinto beans. My friend loved the peach cobbler, and Blueberry and Apple.

Up In Smoke BBQ has been a very welcome addition to Early, TX. You won’t find this kind of BBQ just anywhere. One word of advice, if you order brisket or ribs, don’t put any sauce on it! Yes, the flavor alone is that damn good!

I went there to eat with my family and for just the 3 of us to eat plus sides and cobbler was nearly $100 and the sides and cobbler tasted like they came from the frozen section at your local grocery store and was reheated. I was expecting better. I could go to underwood’s and get all you can eat sides and cobbler plus as many dinner rolls as you wanted for less then $50. I definitely would not recommend this place. Way over priced!!!

I literally discovered this place yesterday. I am not a huge fan of BBQ because in my experience it has always been dry and usually lacking in flavor. This place hands down is the best BBQ I have ever had the pleasure to buy from. The Pork Belly is extremely moist and packed full of flavor. The Brisket (Which is the one cut of meat I really hate) was beautiful cooked and pulled apart when I picked it up with my fingers. The flavor of the Brisket was to die for and hands down is the best Brisket ever in my opinion. I DoorDash for work and have heard of this place but never really saw where it was. The customer service was amazing, knowledgeable, and really made it feel like an experience. Also, it was pretty cheap compared to places that I have eaten from that had the same weighted portions. Would give a million stars out of ten. I STRONGLY recommend you give this place a visit. I plan to eat here more and it really is amazing.

One of the best briskets we have ever eaten, moist and tender. Both tater salads are delicious, and there are not only pickles and onions but also red pickled onions and homemade hot cucumber slices. We will be back when we come through town.
