Good food and service! I had the fish and chips. The fish was a little bit too crispy but still very good. My friend had the chicken parmesan and she really liked it. We are on a bus trip and our meal was paid for so I can’t comment on the prices.

Been here to this establishment numerous times. One manager we like is being transferred to Route 1 unfortunately as she is top notch. Most wait staff are nice but there’s one that eh not too crazy about. She’s forgetful and not too knowledgeable about the pricing and free refills etc.

This location is sadly really going downhill. Visited for dinner and all the staff seemed frazzled but not in any type of rush either. We had to wait to be seated even though many open tables and we missed the balloon guy after the hostess told my kids they would get a balloon. He packed up right as we sat down. There were a few balloons left behind that my kids did take so they were happy. My daughters make your pizza dough was hard as rock so she only ate the center part that was edible, the waitress did remove that from our bill. Many people getting frustrated about take out orders not being ready and getting angry at staff. I know the world is understaffed but this location is bad the people that do show up really have a bad experience. I didn’t know my chicken dish came with a side and I was served a pile of French fries that I had to just give to kids because I cannot eat them. My waitress just assumed fries for my side option. Corporate needs to visit this location and do some work!! The whole place seemed dirty due to being short staffed I’m assuming. My booth cushion was disgusting, old food an crayons jammed in between cushions, Undercover Boss please visit here!

I will never be dining here again. Went to Uno on a Thursday night at 8 o’clock. There was about 5 other groups of people in there. My group sat down, we ordered drinks, ordered appetizers. Two other groups sat down and ordered after us. Their food came out. We waited about 30 min for our appetizers. Then ordered 3 small pizzas. The two other groups that came in before us had already left. We waited about an hour for our food to come out. The manager brought it out and my friend asked why it took so long. The manager said “really”? And after a moment of silence said he would “check on that”. He then left and we never saw him again. The server was very pleasant and apologized multiple times. He said there was only one person in the kitchen. I understand if they were short staffed, but the fact that the manager took no initiative to take care of his guests is the reason I will not be going back.

On Wednesday 6/7 my two kids, my mother and I went to have lunch at Unos in the Blackstone plaza in Millbury. We waited for over 20 mins and nobody came to seat us. There were a few tables being served, I made eye-contact with a couple employees and we were ignored. Whatever. We decided to go next door to Red Robin.

We ordered a small Numero Uno pizza and side Caesar salad with onions. We were told there would be a .99 cent up charge. There was about 1 ring chopped up. The pizza was okay but the outside crust was not done enough. The meal was $22. It was not a good value. The service was good but we left disappointed.

Great events for kids on a very regular basis. Free kids’ meals and fun activities are always a hit. Food is always good but little more $ then it should be. The service can sometimes be very slow or not attentive but always friendly.

Such a disappointment every time , this recent visit took my friend and I about an Hour and a Half to get out order served , our bartender was arguing with staff members since she was the employee that wasn’t cut and had to stay and work , she was complaining and running around , telling us we have no cooks in the kitchen and they were outside and in the front of the restaurant, felt like once we sat down we were along for the ride at UNO’s millbury , not a fun feeling when you feel like your a hostage and can’t even get a glass of water… completely a waste of time and money. Don’t even get me started on the Nachos…

Tried there new Detroit style pizza and liked it. Then received coupon for $10 large pizza. Can’t go wrong. Like a deep dish very filling. I like it and recommend trying it especially if you like deep dish style pizza.
