Not bad, unfortunately there is a lot of better pizza at other places. I thought the prices were high but the staff were very friendly and professional. The place inside was clean and organized but quiet for the time of day. Too many pizza shops around for Uno’s to compete with and be successful but they are doing the best they can. The Detroit style pizza I got was good but not great and there is a lot of very good and great pizza around Springfield.

Very quiet because I got there early. Took advantage of their lobster and shrimp scampi promo, which was awesome. Basil has become my favorite waiter. Very friendly and funny.

It took a while for anyone to realize we were even there and seat us. Our waitress was not attentive. I had to seek out a worker 3 times while there and then the roof leaked on our table and into my drink. It was very disappointing as we usually have great service there.

Uno’s deep dish pizza is known for their rich, buttery crusts. Picture a hearty biscuit or piece of shortbread topped with salty meats, sweet veggies, tangy tomato sauce, and tasteful amounts of cheese; you can imagine what a splendid experience of taste and texture that is.The lunch special gets you a personal pizza and a salad for only $10. Good food and good service at a good price.

They are only good for pizza!! We got the steak and shrimp…BAD idea! The steak ordered medium was raw raw raw sent back came back raw. The shrimp were rubber due to over cooking. My sons Chicago style chicken, bacon, ranch, pizza was INCREDIBLE! PIZZA ONLY HERE!

We ordered pick up for me and my husband. My husband’s fries were dry and cold and my sweet potatoe fries were soggy and flavorless. Food was below average and too high in price for the small portions

I went to uno’s today and the food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Basil, he’s one of the best waiter’s we’ve ever had, and he made the experience enjoyable. it was very busy but he handled it very well. The deep dish pizza was delicious.

Showed up later in the evening to have dinner. Walked in and the place had one table occupied and a couple of people at the bar. Took a while for someone to acknowledge me and bother to seat me. Once seated things got better. Our server was nice. He offered refills when we were low and since we were the only ones there at that point the food was quick, hot, and delicious. I enjoy the food but the place just has a weird vibe to it. Although the music was a mix of good tunes so that made up for it. They could use the business so give them a shot.
