We had the best time at the Union! Food was good. We had an issue with one of our meals and manager fixed it quickly. The Pretzels and queso were amazing! The adult Capri Suns were fun. Loved the variety of games! So much to do…for everyone.

My family of 5 was on a Spring Break Road Trip and were on a hunt for a fun restaurant that allowed our 4 and 6 year old to play and our 13 year old to get a break from the close quarters of us! The Union Restaurant & Gameyard was PERFECT! A blow up bounce house greeted us, live music, hula hoops and the coolest yard games! We sat in a private cabana with a fire place and we’re able to join in and watch our children safely play! The menu was incredible, every has access to their favorites and it was ALL delicious. (GET THE BURRITO BOWL; YUM!) The owner was there and checked in to ensure we were having a wonderful time! He even expanded the cabana curtain to help us stay warm as it get later! Amazing service , fun and a MUST stop spot!

It was great. The burger was banging. The sweet potato fries were good. The salmon bowl was amazing and cooked perfectly. It had just the right amount of jalapeño and pickled onions. Our waitress was very attentive. Great place.

Not the friendliest staff, and they honestly made us feel like a burden. I got the shrimp tacos and a few grilled cheese for the kids. Everything was cold when we got it. The fries were undercooked, and my shrimp were so overcooked that it was like eating a tire. The atmosphere, the games, etc, are really cool. I’ll probably be back, but I’ll probably stick to drinks only. The price of food compared to the quality is just not worth it. I gave 4 stars in the hopes that they were just super busy, and maybe this was a one-off, plus it’s such a cool place I think it’s worth going.

Union really needs to reconsider their outdoor layout. I’ve had several visits there and it’s never bad, but when I visit other Jeffersonville businesses like La Catrina or Parlour, I can not get away from their music. You can’t enjoy the atmosphere of other restaurants because their DJ and sound is set up 10 feet from parlour and 30 feet from la Catrina. I don’t have to visit Union to get the Union experience, I’ll just begrudgingly listen to whatever their DJ is playing from another business because that’s the only choice you have during a night out in downtown Jeffersonville.

Went to Union with my mom and thought it would be a nice evening. We were disappointed with the service and the lack of care from our waitress with our issue. We ordered alcoholic beverages that had zero alcohol in it. The drinks were on the sweeter side, but it was evident there was little to no alcohol. When we voiced this concern we were told we could “spend more money” for another shot in our drink. Our drink should have had alcohol to begin with, especially for $9 a drink. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with my drinks from this place either and thought I’d give it another shot. Our waitress barely checked on us after this and didn’t even offer to fix the issue or compensate another drink. Highly disappointed!

We had such a fun visit and enjoyed the food and drinks so much we went back the next night. We rented the cabana the second night and enjoyed having that space to hang out together while everyone played different games. It’s a lively but relaxed atmosphere with super friendly staff. The food is well prepared and delicious. The pretzels, tots and burgers were great!
