I randomly stopped in for brunch and it did not disappoint. They do brunch Fri, Sat and Sun which I think is amazing and everything was made well! I didn’t get anything too fancy but I’d love to think everything coming out the kitchen is great based on my experience, the brussel sprouts were a standout! And the service was excellent as well!

Absolutely delicious and enjoyable! The staff are wonderful, the tasting menu was amazing (I went with the octopus and skate choices – highly recommend both!!). The atmosphere was lively but pleasant (could still hear your own tables conversation without feeling like yelling).

Union kitchen is in the top 10 places in the area that has a MUST TRY menu. There is nothing they have that is not good. Everything is phenomenal and the environment is casual and relaxing with outdoor seating. The pork belly will transport you to another world.

Verify your orders! Asked for a double and only received a single. Ordered salmon medium well and was served medium rare at best. Server seemed inclined to not take and order rather than ask if the table had any selections. Second visit, May be our last. Manager never visited our table after issues.

I love this place. It’s my favorite in West Hartford. I come on my own or bring friends and family visiting. I often eat dinner at the bar. The wine paired tasting menu is always great and changes seasonally. The wine and cocktails are fantastic and the staff is always wonderful. You are missing out if you haven’t popped in for a meal at Union Kitchen.

We had a great experience at Union Kitchen. I have eaten here multiple times, and was excited to try the new menu. We were seated right away by friendly staff. We loved the new drink our waiter, Jack, recently created called Perfect Disguise. Each dish was presented beautifully and was delicious. I will continue to recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

My wife and I ordered the tasting menu and we were blown away. All of the dishes were very creative and reasonably portioned. The plating of the first course was a work of art… very impressive. We didn’t leave overly stuffed which was a plus for us. And the descriptions we got for all of the dishes as they were brought to our table along with the wine pairings were captivating. This is definitely our new favorite restaurant in WHC and it’s in our top 3 in the general area, including Avon/Simsbury. We will definitely be going back.

Quite a pleasant little place! Despite seeming pork-centric, I had some of the most delicious duck in my life – and a nice mixed drink. Service staff was very attentive and kind, will be going back to try the Salmon!!
