Wowww loved sitting outside. My date had the Emotional Detachment which was robust and balanced, full flavored of love. I had the salted Nonalcoholic cocktail and I ordered a second one I was so in love with it. Everything we had was special. The pasta and mushroom dish was my favorite. I love foie gras, had it with the spicy tuna, it did not disappoint. Brussels 10/10. Veggie roll. Tofu was nice too. David our server was sweet.

I loved eating at Uni! The vibe was really cool and the seating outside was wonderful. The food was a 8.5/10, super creative while still being delicious. They had some basic dishes like the Brussel sprouts but hit the mark great. For the more creative dishes like the crab fried rice they managed to combine a bunch of flavors that you wouldnt think taste good together. They made it work though! The pineapple and crab with the rice was great, the cherry, lemon, and hamachi were a great combo. And the scorpionfish had a similar thing going on too. The fried chicken bao buns were something I had never seen done but they did it great. Dessert was served creatively, as you can see with the white chocolate mousse, however, i wouldnt get the mochi again. 8.8/10

Start to finish one of our favorite experiences in a while! Jen was great! She was fun and had fantastic recommendations! Really made us feel welcomed! Was nervous about seating and space at sushi bar but we had more than enough room. We really enjoyed our time tonight! Thanks for great food, drinks, and service!

The Uni Spoon, Unagi Nigiri, Foie Gras (both options) were highly recommended, drinks are great too. The salmon sashimi, Hamachi sashimi, Crazy Boston, maki were unimpressive; the Spicy Negiham, A5 Wagyu Sirloin, chocolate mousse and brown sugar banana mochi were a letdown. Service was alright, we had to wait for the server to check in. Overall it’s just okay

I wonder why I don’t go and have a meal at Uni more often. The food is just fabulous, and the service impeccable. It’s a genuine great meal each time I come here. I will revisit soon!

Our dinner at Uni was an incredible experience with a phenomenal world tour of flavors. They are not restricted to one style and pull from various cultures and techniques to create a unique and memorable food experience.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday here. I called to make a reservation and it was then itself that I could sense the warmth of the staff. Very welcoming.

Food was unique and delicious, but it wasn’t as good as some other places in the area for the same price. We were seated at a table for 4 on the lower floor and it was pretty chilly down there. Another couple actually asked to be moved upstairs because it was too cold. The service was excellent.

Such a great sushi experience! We sat at the sushi counter and were able to take in a completely subversive experience! The food, staff, and general vibe were top notch, will highly recommend to anyone who enjoys modern sushi! The uni spoon is absolutely a must!

My favorite Japanese restaurant in Boston! The fish is always exceptionally fresh and I love to try all the unique appetizers. Definitely get the hamachi kama, even though we had to wait close to 40 minutes for it! My only complaints would be that the tables are often very close together and there isn’t a space to put coats or bags.
