Yummy food with friendly service at this comfortable spot just off the Lambertville main drag. High-ish price points (esp tapas) for high quality fare, unique drinks, and buzzing atmosphere. Tapas as starters worked, and the plates packed fresh variety and plentiful rich flavors. Bright, cozy, easy, and we got a table despite them being pretty busy at a peak time. Well managed and staffed.

I had a pretty decent dining experience here. They have a lot of outdoor seating, but it was a hot day, so I opted for dining inside. I had a salad, fish tacos, and a Cuban sandwich. The fish tacos were just ok, and the sauce was pretty watery. The Cuban sandwich was also fine with the seasoned fries on the side being my favorite. The waitstaff was nice and friendly, and the atmosphere was pretty laid back and friendly.

Brunch is a magical time. The fried chicken and waffles were excellent, the Botanical Refresher (ketel one vodka, grapefruit, rosé, and house lemonade) was PERFECT for a hot humid summer day. The staff was delightful and helpful, the decor was relaxing and warm. Why are you not already eating brunch there right now?

Came to town from about an hour away, I saw right away this town is filled with brunch spots, which immediately started the anxiety… Which one am I going to pick? I’m too indecisive for this. Lo and behold, I ended up to the closest one near me at the time. Which was Under the Moon. Upon arriving, I was just taken away with the whole layout. Weather was beautiful so I chose to sit outside after being given the option of inside or out. I was taken to the back where I sat under a large, well ventilated tent. Covered in shade, with a nice breeze, my waitress was taking care of most tables back there but that did not stop her from doing her job. Her service was outstanding, and might I say, our food was served in less than 20 minutes of ordering. Food was seasoned, cooked, and delicious! I will for sure be back and send everyone towards this place!

Great spot to eat in Lambertville! Food was good. Service excellent. Our 4 yr old had a mocktail and sampled some of the appetizers and tapas and enjoyed them… we ended up packing her chicken tenders to go. In my daughter’s words, “this is a cool place”.

Amazing! Such a wide selection on the menu. Everything is so good. Started with the avocado hard eggs. Yumm! Tapas flight was so good and so much to chose from for the flight! Stuffed pork chop was cooked perfectly! No dry and not under cooked. Ashley our waitress was wonderful! She had such great suggestions and she is super sweet! Stop in and say hi to her!

The newly christened Irish Affigato. Creamy Guiness Stout gently cradling a heaping helping of Chocolate Overload gelato at the new bar at the Under the Moon Cafe in Lambertville, NJ. One straw away from rapture. Best enjoyed greedily and gloriously alone.
