Really impressed by this recently opened restaurant. The staff were immediately friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, brightly lit, and contained intricate art and lighting. The cooks got us our food very quickly. Upon getting digging in, the food is full of flavor that is amazing. The attached image is their Mongolian beef noodle bowl, with the perfect amount of calienté! I will be coming back again.

I love this place. The food is great and fairly authentic compared to my own travels in China. Also, it is reasonably priced and they have great service. Some of my favs: garlic eggplant, Chengdu chili oil wontons, spicy beef noodle soup, cumin beef, chili pot… everything else too.

Delicious!! Just left having dinner — ordered five things: garlic cucumber, curry beef steamed buns, house special fried noodle, general tsos chicken, and the chicken cartilage dry pot, all for ~$65. Everything was delicious, fresh, and so fragrant! Could smell it cooking, way before it came out, and it came out quickly, and steaming hot. Staff was very friendly, and the inside got a nice face lift, too.

my continuing quest to find chinese food around salem that is better than panda express has taken me to corvallis and the newly opened uncle sun. spicy fried fish & griddle cooked beef were beyond phenomenal. definitely going to make the 50 drive to come back and try more of their enormous menu.

You will find the best Sechuan flavors here! Favorite dishes that I order every time are green beans and mapo tofu. I really like their hotpot dumplings and drypot combos (cauliflower and fatty beef are must haves).

Wonderful! One of the best Chinese food establishments we’ve been to. We will be back! Everything was delicious. Had the twice cooked pork, truffle Xiao long bao and the Spicy Crispy chicken. Looking forward to trying more. ♥️♥️
